Job Responsibilities:-
Build relationships with customers over calls.
- Responsible for customer relationships after the sale process is complete.
- Call Customers to keep them up to date on products and launch new products to maintain that relationship.
- Ensure a high customer satisfaction level by proactively understanding customer needs.
- Taking Feedback, and suggestions from customers.

Your Roles and Responsibilities:
Business Development is a critical aspect of our platform business.
1. Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
2. Calling 65-70 leads everyday
3. Setting up meetings with potential clients (parents)
4. Generating Trial Classes - Pitch Parents to take PlanetSpark trial Classes
5. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
6. Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis (3L revenue per month) 7. “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
Mission Statement
1. In your training of 1st month, we shall actively probe you through the process using Training Decks, Live Experiences, Re-Training Programs that aims to give you an overall Learning experience along with you paid stipend along the journey.
2. We create career oritented BDT in this 1 month whose skill becomes unmatched across the sector.
3. You are required to use right sales strategy and accomplish 1 Lac of revenue in the training period, hence making a way to achieve License to Sell (L-2-S)
4. You will be entitled for training stipend of INR. 21428. In-office attendance of 90% is mandatory in 1month of training
5. Post 1L Revenue achievement, you will be entitled for below
US/ Canada Shift (8:00 pm to 5:00am) - INR 7.23 LPA (4.83 Fixed + 2.4 LPA Variable)

Job Description
Function: Product → Product Analytics
Responsibilities:
- Assist product managers in the formulation of the company's product strategy using structured data and insights derived from the same
- Conduct research, create business cases and translate them into meaningful problems to solve
- Measure the impact of experiments related to function, analyzing and helping in course correction.
- Recommending product improvements based on analytical findings. Defining new metrics, techniques, and strategies to improve performance.
- Constantly monitor and analyze metrics identified, publish insights/any anomalies along with hypothesis
- Translating business requirements and user requests into effective report and dashboard designs in challenging deadlines.
- Assist with performance tuning of dashboards, and background data queries as needed
Key Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree along with 2+ years experience in product analytics building data sets, reports, and dashboards

2. Responsible for doing customer API integrations and other integrations required to onboard new e-commerce marketplaces, logistic providers, ERP and accounting systems. 3. Responsible to write code for API integrations, perform debugging tasks, do application tests, do configuration and code reviews to ensure the product is satisfactory.
The candidate would provide the firms SASS platform with ongoing technical support. This support includes responding to customer issues, providing updated software that solves bug issues, and working with the customer service team.
- Analyze, plan and develop requirements and standards in reference to the product pipeline.

- Manage the current integrations with the third-party vendors for ongoing changes & requirements.
