We are looking for a self-starter to join us as an Employee Relations Specialist who can well execute end to end HR functions and processes. People Person - People Person - People Person - No it's not a typo, we didn't repeat the word, it's the only skill we want for this role. Creative - Innovative - Comes up with new ideas to keep the employee morale high The ideal candidate could be one who: 1.Has a strong generalist background with a thorough understanding of all functions of HR 2. Can plan and administer generic HR activities such as vacation management, birthday celebrations, budget forecasting etc. 7. Can anchor suitable motivational and team building initiatives 8. Can handle employee grievance & counseling- understanding of issues and advice on further steps 9. Is flexible and adaptable; able to learn new skills and master changing responsibilities quickly 10.
