Requirements
ā 10+ years of experience in People & Culture/HR roles Female candidate is preferred, with at least 5+ years in startup or high-growth environments.
ā Proven experience in building or revamping HR systems from scratch.
ā Deep understanding of startup dynamics, team scaling, and people operations.
ā Strong experience with culture design, performance systems (KPI/KRA), and leadership alignment.
ā Demonstrated success in managing org-wide change management initiatives.
ā Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
ā Bachelor's/Masterās degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, or related fields.

Key Responsibilities
- Advance the state of the art in buildingĀ MicroservicesĀ with Java and frontend applications with React JS.
- Design and Develop Cloud based, web applications for SMBs
- Design and develop the front end for customer-facing applications using MVC framework
- Design and develop supporting components andĀ Microservices for the backendĀ tiers focusing on fault-tolerance and scalability in a multi-tenant B2B2C environment
- Team with top-notch engineers, product managers, Dev Ops and QA following agile development methodologies
- Review functional requirements, providing technical feedback on feasibility and architectural approach and framework.
- Develop technical specifications
