As a Teacher Ops Manager, you will be responsible for end to end smooth running of the daily activities, act as an employee champion and change agent.
What you will do:
- Interfacing with teachers and their management.
- Coordinating with faculty to create best in class learning material - video, reading material, assignments.
- Supporting faculty and senior managers to ensure that participant’s learning outcomes are met and a high level of satisfaction is maintained.
- Being the first point contact for participants, troubleshooting queries and managing discussions.
- Assisting program director, senior operations and academics managers in planning on-campus sessions, preparing schedules, evaluation, grading and coordinating with faculty (including senior professionals from the industry).
What you need to know / have:
- Experience in the Education industry, a must; preferably EDtech.
- Experience in teaching is an added advantage but not a necessity.
- Experience in EDTech Orgs in similar profiles will be preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Good communication skills

Responsibilities:
- Driving the Digital Product Development for Nutrabay, in an analytical and structured way across platforms (Web, Mobile & App).
- Driving various growth initiatives at Nutrabay such as partner platforms and modules..
- Owning various modules such as affiliate management systems, referral and loyalty and evolve them in line with business objectives and consumer effectiveness
- Create simple and effective product documentation including Product Requirement Docs(PRD’s), Research Docs, Sprint Reviews etc. ensuring seamless transition of features and tasks between cross-functional teams.
- Ensuring timely product sprints and removing any bottlenecks that could hinder the development sprints.
- Tracking features success via success metrics through the month post every feature/module launch and update.
- Ideate Product features & drive iterations based on qualitative and quantitative user feedback.
- Designing workflows and wireframes for digital internal & external modules while ensuring a high-class User Experience(UX) on web and mobile.
- Work closely with engineers to ship features and product improvements.
- Ensure prioritization, timely execution, quality, resolving issues faced during operationalization and ensuring success metrics are met.
- You should understand, track and optimize the product journey for buyers based on data.
