Nature of Experience: exposure to any of the sections in production i.e. Core Coil Assembly, Separate Phase Assembly, Winding, VPD Ovening, Tanking

Responsibilities:

·        Completion of shop floor loading & monitor closely productivity of workers.

• Ensure completion of daily production targets adhering to defined standards of cost, quality and time
• Attend productivity meetings to discuss the discrepancies in the planned vs actual plan.
• Preparation of productivity reports based on throughput & timeliness for presenting the same in productivity meetings.
• Undertake Production Planning and Control activities ensuring adherence to production targets in terms of cost, quality, throughput & timeliness Coordinate with the technical design (electrical and mechanical) function for a design review before the start of every work order and for clarifications on design parameters during production 
• Ensure material requisitions are raised on time to obtain the material from the stores team
•  Ensure the adherence of the workers to the shift schedule.
• Drive discipline on the shop floor and maintain healthy industrial relations in coordination with the HR function
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement in section of the production process
• Ensure appropriate training is been given to the winding team by conducting various training sessions.
• Ensure all the documentation & statutory compliances are fulfilled in timely manner to facilitate completion of all the audits.
• Identify production bottlenecks and ensure elimination of the same in coordination with the engineering function
• Drive cost savings through cost effective utilization of resources, process improvements and reduction in operational expenses / overheads
• Ensure all production related documentations / records are maintained and updated through SAP
• Ensure compliance to SOP’s ,process flows and production protocol to ensure minimum deviation from specifications

• · 3+ years of software engineering experience primarily leveraging ReactJS. · Strong engineering and technical background with demonstrable enterprise development experience using ReactJS and RESTful APIs. · Deep understanding of JavaScript/Typescript, HTML5 and CSS. · Experience using Redux, Web Workers and PWAs. · Experience with continuous integration and build (CI/CD) process & tools. · Proven ability to quickly understand functional requirements and technical concepts. · Experience with TDD and familiarity with testing frameworks, ideally Cypress, Selenium and PACT. · Exposure to mobile development via React Native an advantage. This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Project Head with Project leadership & Agile Expertise. They will be responsible for the day-to-day management of projects, ensuring that timelines are met, budgets are adhered to, and communication with stakeholders is maintained. Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to guarantee that the final product aligns with the project scope, technical standards, and requirements. Deadline Adherence: Employ effective time management strategies to meet project deadlines and exceed expectations. Documentation: Prepare the technical documentation, flow, and execution plan of the project including specifications & architecture. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred). Proven experience (5+ years) as a Senior IT Project Manager leading similar successful responsibilities mentioned above. Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks. Strong knowledge of backend technologies such as databases (SQL, NoSQL), server-side scripting (PHP, Node.js, Python, etc.), API integrations & development. Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.). Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and team-building & management skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• You will be coordinating our enterprise account-specific teams called squads, consisting of members from engineering, machine-learning, and conversation-design teams.
