We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive who can help NeoGenCode generate leads, build strong client relationships, and grow the business through strategic outreach and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, experienced in B2B sales, and comfortable using digital platforms for lead generation and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, networking, and other channels
• Reach out to potential clients and set up meetings or discovery calls
• Understand client requirements and present NeoGenCode’s services accordingly
• Maintain and grow relationships with prospects and existing clients
• Prepare proposals, company presentations, and follow-up messages
• Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth client onboarding
• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
• Maintain CRM or lead tracking sheets with proper updates

Marketing Responsibilities:

• Support digital marketing efforts to build brand awareness and generate leads
• Manage outreach campaigns through LinkedIn, email marketing, and other B2B channels
• Coordinate content ideas for social media, website, and branding materials
• Help in positioning NeoGenCode as a trusted IT/offshore development partner
• Research market trends, competitors, and potential target industries
• Assist in building marketing strategies for client acquisition and retention

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in B2B sales and lead generation
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach, and CRM tools is a plus
• Basic understanding of IT services, software development, or offshore staffing will be preferred
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident in dealing with clients
• Good presentation and follow-up skills
