The Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Project Manager with extensive experience in the SaaS domain to lead our engineering and product delivery cycles. As a TPM, you will be the bridge between clinical data requirements, product management, and engineering teams. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of high-impact technical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and meet the high-quality standards required in the healthcare data industry.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Delivery: Manage the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for our SaaS platform, ensuring timely delivery of product features and technical infrastructure.
- Agile Leadership: Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data Scientists, Backend Engineers (Java/Python), Product Managers, and Clinical Experts to translate complex requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Risk & Resource Management: Proactively identify technical bottlenecks, risks, and dependencies. Allocate resources efficiently to maintain a high development velocity.
- Technical Specifications: Assist in defining technical architectures and converting business needs into detailed technical documentation and user stories.
- Compliance & Quality: Ensure projects adhere to global data privacy and healthcare standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, HL7/FHIR) where applicable.
- Process Improvement: Continuously refine internal project management processes, tools (Jira/Confluence), and reporting metrics to improve team efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, specifically within a B2B SaaS or Data-Intensive product environment.
- Technical Background: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. You must be able to hold technical discussions with engineers regarding cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), APIs, and data pipelines.
- Agile Expertise: Proven track record of running Agile teams and a deep understanding of Scrum/Kanban methodologies.
- SaaS Savvy: Experience managing products that involve data aggregation, AI/ML workflows, or high-scale cloud-native applications.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex, unstructured data projects.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Health-Tech or Life Sciences is a major plus.
- Familiarity with AI/ML development lifecycles and Generative AI applications.
- Certification in PMP, CSM (Certified Scrum Master), or similar.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
- CSM, PSM or similar certification is preferred.
- Proven experience managing projects in an agile or hybrid environment.
