The startup enables students to follow a comprehensive curriculum and seek help from industry experts without facing any geological barrier.The founders of the startup are the alumnus of acclaimed institutes like IIT Delhi and Stanford University with experience of working in Amazon, Facebook, Cars24, and other top startups in India.As a Teacher Ops Manager -Campus, you will be responsible for end to end smooth running of the daily activities, act as an employee champion and change agent.What you will do: Onboarding and churning of Campus Ambassadors (CAs). Ensuring lead flow to onboard talented pool of CAs regularly. Managing performance of these CAs. Churning of CAs from system upon tenure completion or termination. Looking into admissions coming through campus ambassadors. Driving referral programme to bring admissions. Driving course promotions and sensitisation within engineering campuses across India. Engagement of Campus Ambassadors : Designing and executing (end to end) coding events, workshops, webinars and offline events at campuses. Designing tasks weekly and driving adoption. Managing rewards and recognition of CAs. Marketing: Driving BTL and ATL marketing initiatives New initiatives: Rigorously driving new initiatives - This includes piloting these initiatives within a set of CAs, evaluating and scaling within the entire CA community. College level tie-ups - Understanding college specific requirements and catering to the challenges through our resources. Candidate Profile: What you need to know / have: Minimum 2+ year experience in team management. Excellent Problem Solver. Highly data-oriented. Entrepreneurial and able to think on your feet to come up with ways to solve problems. Growth-hacking attitude. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Excellent stakeholder management skills. Good communication skills. Experience: 2 to 5 years Annual CTC: Rupees 6,00,000 to 8,00,000

Coordinating with faculty to create best in class learning material - video, reading material, assignments. Supporting faculty and senior managers to ensure that participant’s learning outcomes are met and a high level of satisfaction is maintained. Being the first point contact for participants, troubleshooting queries and managing discussions. Assisting program director, senior operations and academics managers in planning on-campus sessions, preparing schedules, evaluation, grading and coordinating with faculty (including senior professionals from the industry). Candidate Profile: What you need to know / have: Experience in the Education industry, a must; preferably EDtech. Experience in teaching is an added advantage but not a necessity. Experience in EDTech Orgs in similar profiles will be preferred. Excellent stakeholder management skills. Good communication skills Experience: 2 to 6 years Annual CTC: Rupees 8,00,000 to 10,00,000

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about building products that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy Job Description- • Ownership of Program Office activities covering all aspects of program delivery & participants learning experience • Coordinate with faculty to create best in class learning material - video, reading material, assignment • Support faculty and senior managers to ensure that participant’s learning outcomes are met and a high level of satisfaction is maintained • Be the first point contact for participants, troubleshoot queries and manage discussions • Assist program director and senior operations and academics managers in planning on-campus sessions, preparing schedules, evaluation, grading and coordinating with faculty (including senior professionals from the industry) • Monitor participants’ performance and various program trackers to ensure the program is running well in areas of responsibility and escalate cases as needed • Collate learning material, solutions and grades from faculty and upload to the LMS • Review course videos to ensure quality • Ensure infrastructure and technology readiness during on-campus sessions and live webinars during weekends and be available to ensure smooth operations and delivery • Manage, identify and implement processes for smoother program management to ensure a consistent and trouble free learning experience • Coordinate with IT and Admin to ensure smooth execution at various locations • Travel to other cities as needed to manage residencies
