Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive at iFive Technology Pvt. Ltd. in Chennai. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and closing sales deals. Daily tasks include cold calling, conducting product demonstrations, preparing proposals, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

What you'll do:

• Partner closely with Product Design, Engineering, and Product Management to understand requirements and deliver product features and roadmap as envisioned by stakeholders.
• Own end-to-end user journey and all aspects of design execution from ideation, to prototyping, to user acceptance testing of product design tasks assigned.
• Conduct user interviews, user testing sessions, card sorting, affinity mapping, conduct both qualitative and quantitative tests, and analyze the data.
• Design high-impact, functional responsive interfaces for web and mobile
• Collaborate with other designers and participate in our design critique process, to receive and provide feedback on design work
• Manage and contribute to Kaizen - Beaconstac's Design System

Skills you bring to the table:

• Experience in designing SaaS products with large customer bases
• Deep expertise using Figma/Xd/Sketch, and familiarity with design systems
• Knowledge of Carbon - IBM's Design system or experience building a design system from scratch is a plus.
• Fundamental understanding of the end-to-end iterative UX design process — research, ideation, information architecture, prototyping, validation, and refining solutions into pixel-perfect deliverables.
• Ability to articulate design decisions throughout the user-centered design process.
• Ability to update and engage with stakeholders like product managers and engineers.
• Relevant fundamental knowledge of front-end technologies to collaborate with UI engineering teams will be an advantage.

We are looking for an experienced QA Test Automation Engineer to be part of our team. Your understanding of functional testing, writing maintainable tests, written and verbal communication skills will be put to the test.

• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and execute manual testing activities.
• Manage release from the QA perspective and keep the affected parties informed.
• Identify quality assurance process bottlenecks and suggest actions for improvements.
• Preparing test cases for unit, integration and end-end testing.
• Plan and manage automation testing strategy for QDC.

As a Sr Manager - Marketplaces, you will be responsible for managing the ecommerce business on key accounts like Amazon, Flipkart or International Business on Amazon in USA and UAE. (Allocation of accounts based on business/ opportunity/ experience)

What you will do:

• Conducting, operating and achieving the business on key account with sales plan to achieve budgeted numbers
• Connecting/ coordinating with Account/ Category Managers of the key account/ Marketplaces
• Ensuring strong healthy relationship with the account team to drive business
• Understanding price sensitivity and managing pricing, ensuring there is price parity as per the policy
• Creating and managing ads, evaluating which ads are working and optimising the same to achieve
• Managing inventory, optimizing content for listings, listing hygiene as per platform standards/guidelines
• Inventory planning and management aligned with sales and marketing plan, focussing on top- sellers, to improve inventory turn and optimised discounting
• Ensuring our top-sellers are in category/ sub-category sales ranks with good visibility and discoverability
• Managing and tracking payments from the partner websites, reconciliation and ensuring there is no variance in the same
• Managing brand reputation through reviews/ ratings/ feedback on the account
• Constantly tracking competitor brands and product, comparative category share to be tracked and working on increasing it
• Using all the tools/ services available on the account that can help in increasing our customer base

What you need to have:

• Graduation is a must.
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in beauty and personal care as in Category(FMCG), Merchandising, KAM role or Business Manager Role on the E-commerce platform
• Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment. (OKR’s). (Plan your work ; work on your plan)
• Proven operational skills and demonstrated ability to manage the business “by the numbers”. Must be metrics-driven.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment with business on mind
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly
• Demonstrated active listening skills, highly consultative and solutions-oriented.
• Ability to comprehend questions and ask the right people
• Advanced IT literacy especially in Microsoft Office applications.
• Proficiency in MS excel
• Track record of managing and troubleshooting technical, compliance and business problems
• Strong process definition and optimization skills
• Proven ability to define effective, efficient and scalable processes and drive continuous improvement through root cause identification and defect elimination in consumer experience, business process, product visibility
