Job Role

Manage operations of multiple restaurant outlets in the region 

Ensure smooth functioning of service, kitchen, housekeeping & maintenance 

Monitor sales performance, budgets, and cost control 

Handle franchise relationships and support new outlet openings

Qualification: Diploma / Graduate in Hotel Management / Hospitality

Data Scientist is responsible to discover the information hidden in vast amounts of data, and help us make smarter decisions to deliver better products. Your primary focus will be in applying Machine Learning and Generative AI techniques for data mining and statistical analysis, Text analytics using NLP/LLM and building high quality prediction systems integrated with our products. The ideal candidate should have a prior background in Generative AI, NLP (Natural Language Processing), and Computer Vision techniques. Additionally, experience in working with current state of the art Large Language Models (LLMs), and Computer Vision algorithms.

Technical skills

Mandatory

»    Minimum of 5 years  of experience as Machine Learning Researcher or Data Scientist.

»    Master's degree or Ph.D. (preferable) in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

»    Should have knowledge and experience in working with Deep Learning projects using CNN, Transformers, Encoder and decoder architectures.

»    Working experience with LLM's (Large Language Models) and their applications (For e.g., tuning embedding models, data curation, prompt engineering, LoRA, etc.).

»    Familiarity with LLM Agents and related frameworks.

»    Good programming skills in Python and experience with relevant libraries and frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, and TensorFlow).

»    Good applied statistics skills, such as distributions, statistical testing, regression, etc.

»    Excellent understanding of machine learning and computer vision based techniques and algorithms.

»    Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude towards learning and adopting new technologies.

»    Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

1.      Core Responsibilities

·        Build, maintain and manage a team capable of delivering the data operations needs of the banks data teams and other stakeholders, ensuring the team is right sized, motivated and focused on key goals and SLAs.

·        Maintain, develop and enhance the tools and environments used by the data teams to ensure availability of Development, Test and production environments

·        Manage all data operations database changes observing industry standard software development life cycle approaches with development, testing and deployment supported by comprehensive documentation

·        Manage releases of code from the engineering team to ensure separation of duty

·        As subject matter expert take a key contributing role in data initiatives such as infrastructure development, software tool evaluation, intra company data integration

·        Assess system performance and process efficiency making recommendations for change

·        Identify gaps and technical issues affecting data flows and lead the development of solutions to these

·        Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that data solutions are reliably populated on time

·        Ensure that you fully understand and comply with the organisation’s Risk Management Policies as they relate to your area of responsibility and demonstrate in your day to day work that you put customers at the heart of everything you do.

2.      Experience Requirements

·        5 years previous experience supporting datawarehousing, data lake solutions is essential

·        5 years previous experience of Microsoft SQL Server SSIS is desirable

·        Experience with monitoring and incident management is essential

·        Experience of managing a technical team is desirable

·        Experience working in an IT environment

·        Experience working within banking or other financial institutions is desirable

3.      Knowledge Requirements

·        Strong background of working in data teams

·        Robust knowledge of RDBMS principles and how best to manage environments

• 2 + years of software development experience utilizing Java based frameworks and technologies to build enterprise grade product solutions.
• 2+ years of experience designing, developing and documenting RESTful APIs.
• Strong understanding of concepts/technologies like Spring MVC, Spring boot, J2EE, EJB, application/API security, API governance/gateway platforms like apigee or kong.
• Good understanding of RDMS concepts and development preferably using MS SQL Server.
• Experience using test automation technologies like cucumber, selenium is a big plus.
• Partner with scrum masters to address technical blockers/impediments to progress.
• Prior experience working with agile scrum-based development methodology. Participate in sprint planning and estimate development efforts for features and stories.
• Partner with DevOps to install and configure/tune application containers like embedded Spring boot tomcat and webserver technologies preferably nginx or apache.

• Work with Test Automation engineering team to integrate test automation scripts as part of the CI/CD process.
• Prior proven experience of utilizing and productionizing container/container orchestration technologies like Docker, kubernetes.
• Participate and Resolve issues related deployments, application performance etc.

All about the role:

Technical UI in India in our Solutions Implementation team

will provide hands-on management for multiple simultaneous projects around UI
