Business Development Manager / Executive (INDIVIDUAL ROLE)
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow Egniol’s business and increase revenue. The successful candidate will identify and develop new business opportunities, assess market trends, and build relationships with key stakeholders. The Business Development Manager will be expected to generate leads, develop sales presentations, and present proposals to potential customers. Lead will be given by company.
Responsibilities:
- Convert leads in to sales, Lead will be provided by company, Identify business opportunities
- Lead closing and business mining and maintain relationship with existing clients
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve company objectives
- Develop and present sales proposals and presentations to potential customers
- Establish and build relationships with key stakeholders
- Monitor customer feedback to ensure customer satisfaction
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with sales skills
- 1 year experience in sales, marketing, counseling, BDM, B2B, B2C, inside / inhouse sales, BPO, KPO or RPO.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused, target-oriented and value to lead

Roles and Responsibilities | What will you do?
As a Lead Generation & Inside Sales person at Superset, you will be responsible for generating
leads to sell Superset’s flagship SaaS product (campus placements automation tool) to colleges
and universities on an annual license subscription basis.
The work will require you to:
● Prospecting, generating leads from the college database shared, via emailing, calling, or
any necessary means
● Setup and run email campaigns
● Making cold-calling to university placement teams/administration
● Generate leads and qualify them by explaining Superset’s product
● Scheduling and fixing product demo over calls and emails
● You will also be required to occasionally perform product demos confidently to the
placement officers and leadership of the institutes, under supervision of senior sales
managers at Superset. With time, you could grow into a sales manager role doing
end-to-end deal closures.
