Job Description:

Our client is seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Executive to join

our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in outbound sales, particularly in

a SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) environment, and will be responsible for driving growth

through proactive lead generation and customer acquisition efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

 Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets. Targets will be on gross profits.

 Execute outbound sales strategies to generate leads and drive customer acquisition for

CM.com’s communication solutions.

 Identify and engage with potential customers through cold calling, emailing,

networking, and other outreach methods.

 Understand client needs and effectively communicate how CM.com’s SaaS and

CPaaSNsolutions can solve their business challenges.

 Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by following up on leads, managing

prospects, and driving sales closures.

 Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer

interactions in the Salesforce CRM.

Must-Have Skills:

 2-3 years of outbound sales experience with an enterprise organisation in a B2B SaaS

background.

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and influence

decision-makers.

 Must be fluent in professional working languages Hindi and English . Knowledge of

other languages would be a plus.

 Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

 Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills.

 Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

 Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.

 Knowledge of the Indian market and business landscape.

This is an onsite job and requires the candidate to work from our Bangalore office located in

HSR layout. Probation period of 6 months. Annual CTC between INR 12 to 18 Lakhs based

on experience and skillset.

Responsiblities

Spearhead building of the new transformation platform. Build a forward-looking brokers’

platform.

- Manage the complete product life cycle: Crafting product vision and clear speccing to

collaborating with developers, QA, release, support, and being customer evangelist.

- Bring a metrics-driven approach to product development. Approach building software

building with extensible. Build frameworks, not just features.

- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform product

decisions.

- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.

- Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including

customers, sales teams, and executives. Provide regular progress reports to the CEO &

other stakeholders (including project status and timelines).

- Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the product team.

Responsibilities:-

Participate in requirements analysis.

Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture.

Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages.

Test and deploy applications and systems.

Revise, update, refactor and debug code.

Improve existing software.

Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).

Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support.

Requirements and skills:-

Proven experience as a .NET Developer or Application Developer.

Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns (e.g. Model-View-Controller (MVC)).

Knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (e.g. C#, Visual Basic .NET) and HTML5/CSS3.

Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC).

Understanding of Agile methodologies.

Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

• Strong Knowledge in Oracle Forms and Reports
• Should be familiar with various triggers, events , canvas, master child forms, record groups , build-ins, properties etc., in Forms and reports
• Strong Knowledge in SQL / PLSQL concepts
• Strong in Analytical and Aggregate functions
• Strong in writing Procedure / Function / Packages
• Strong knowledge in the user of Cursors / Collections / Exception handling
• Strong in Datatypes, Constrainsts , index
• Having exposure to JavaScript and ReactJS will be an added advantage
