Roles and Responsibilities

• Software Development Lifecycle: Work on the full software development lifecycle of systems.
• Technical Expertise: Solid technical background with an understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Experience in going through a full product lifecycle, integrating internal and external customer feedback into product requirements, managing change requests, driving prioritization, and pre-/post-launch execution.
• System Analysis: Analyze systems, considering reliability, systems risks, and code.
• Project Management: Manage project conflicts, challenges, and dynamic business requirements to meet expected deliverables.
• Process Management: Excellent understanding of process management, improvement practices, and operation services.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in end-to-end implementation and deployment within cloud systems.
• Technical Skills:
• Knowledge of Angular 8+, Azure, HTML, CSS, jQuery, JavaScript, ASP.Net, C#, SQL Server 2012/2014+, etc.
• Sound knowledge of Object-Oriented (OOPS) concepts.
• Good experience in Relational Database Management Systems, Database design, and Normalization.
• Hands-on experience in the design, development, and debugging of systems.
• Proficiency in Object-Oriented Design (OOD) to ensure scalability and maintainability.

About the Team:

The Enterprise Content Management (ECM) team at Springer Nature, Pune is responsible for delivering solutions related to Journals and Books Publishing and Production Systems for Scientific, Technical and Medical Publishers (STM Publishers) & Education Publishers around the world. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate for testing deliverable activities
• Attend daily project ceremonies and discuss the day’s plan and raise impediments, if any

• Collaborate with testing team to analyze regression test report and take corrective 
   measures
• Identify gaps in process and implement best practices for the same
• Provide project health updates to various stakeholders

           3.Current CTC Per Annum:

• Substantial experience in building large complex and performant web applications using HTML5, CSS3, Typescript and Javascript across multiple browsers (Especially IE11).
• Experience in frameworks such as React (Redux, Redux Thunk or Saga, React Router, React Hooks) , Node JS and good understanding of the basics of these frameworks and their life cycles.(MUST HAVE)
• Experience in frameworks like Bootstrap and CSS pre-processors like SASS and LESS is desirable.
• Deeper understanding of network layer, HTTP, HTTPS, cookies, local storage.
• Knowledge to handle real-time async data would be a plus.
• Good knowledge on build tools like Webpack and Gulp
• Good knowledge on testing tools like Jest, Cypress, Jasmine, Karma, etc
• Experience in Git source control 
• Deeper understanding of Chrome Dev Tools.
• Deeper knowledge of UI optimizations and performance.
