About the Role

CodeGuardian Tech International Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our IT Sales team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about technology, communication, and business development. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, and promoting the company's IT services and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and networking.
• Identify and qualify prospective clients.
• Promote CodeGuardian's IT services, cybersecurity solutions, staffing, and software development services.
• Schedule meetings with potential clients and assist in presentations.
• Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
• Maintain sales reports and update CRM regularly.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely client support.

·      Edit raw footage into cohesive, engaging, and visually polished course videos.

·      Add motion graphics, captions, transitions, animations, and branding elements.

·      Enhance audio quality and synchronize audio-visual elements effectively.

·      Develop interactive video components using tools like H5P, Adobe Captivate, or Camtasia.

·      Integrate clickable elements, quizzes, and branching scenarios within videos.

·      Package and export interactive content in SCORM/xAPI formats for LMS deployment.

·      Ensure video outputs are optimized for accessibility, device compatibility, and web delivery.

·      Collaborate closely with instructional designers, voice-over artists, animators, and developers.

·      Maintain structured organization of video assets, backups, and project versioning.

Job Description:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in backend development, with proficiency in Python and/or Golang.
• Strong experience in front-end technologies, particularly React.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of Apache Spark is highly preferred.
• Solid understanding of database technologies, both relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward tackling challenges

5+ years of experience designing, developing, validating, and automating ETL processes 3+ years of experience traditional ETL tools such as Visual Studio, SQL Server Management Studio, SSIS, SSAS and SSRS 2+ years of experience with cloud technologies and platforms, such as: Kubernetes, Spark, Kafka, Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, ML Flow, Databricks, Airflow or similar Must have experience with designing and implementing data access layers Must be an expert with SQL/T-SQL and Python Must have experience in Kafka Define and implement data models with various database technologies like MongoDB, CosmosDB, Neo4j, MariaDB and SQL Serve Ingest and publish data from sources and to destinations via an API Exposure to ETL/ELT with using Kafka or Azure Event Hubs with Spark or Databricks is a plus Exposure to healthcare technologies and integrations for FHIR API, HL7 or other HIE protocols is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client and staff information
• Interact with staff, clients, suppliers, and visitors
• Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence.
• Perform general clerical duties to include, but are not limited to, copying, mailing, laminating, and filing.
• Provide support to the Maintenance team on the raising and closing of reactive.
• Utilize the system for raising purchase orders and the subsequent processing of the associated invoices for posting weekly.
• End-to-End Facility Management (Example: Security, Fire & Safety, Building Security, Etc.,)

• Provide support to the Facility Management in maintaining supplier matrices, back-to-work / self-certification documentation and the associated documentation.

• Order and maintain stock about the facilities management service provision
• Attend team meetings and produce subsequent minutes/actions
• Produce hotel, weekend, weekday, tenant, and ad-hoc car park passes as requested.
• Where applicable, meet & greet including organizing appropriate hospitality.
• Where applicable, assist the Centre Receptionist and Administrator.
• ISO Internal Audit Knowledge will be an added advantage.
