Business Developer

Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join finance team in abroad countries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Conduct variance analysis and prepare reports for management to support decision-making.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Ensure the accuracy of financial data and identify areas for improvement in processes and controls.
• Coordinate and assist with internal and external audits.
• Mentor and train junior accounting staff.
• Stay updated on accounting regulations and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
• Minimum of [X] years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial reporting tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Mandatory Skill / Experience

1.      Should be very good at designing webpages, landing pages & related pop-ups, banners etc         

2.      Should be very good at designing design brochures, blog images, flyers, wall branding, event related designs, etc.  

3.      Should be able to work with designers in the marketing team, both in-house as well as freelancers, to get the creatives done on time.          

4.      Should be very good at editing HTML and WordPress pages          

5.      Should excel at creating modern and engaging designs for corporate clients.           

6.      Should be able to come up with good options for a concept/theme in addition to the design itself.   

7.      Should be able to created HTML5 ads for digital marketing campaigns      

Basic Requirements:

1.  Any Graduation or 10+2 if he has experience.

2.  Should have knack to design and create a superior designs without much external mentoring.

3.  Written and verbal communication skill. Should be able to write emails and should have conversations skills.

4.  Should have worked in teams plus been an individual contributor.

5.  Should have compulsorily work in IT industry.

6.  Should be able to show relevant examples from past experience."            

Experience- 1 to 5 Yrs

• Design and build advanced app features for the iOS platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
• Must be able to deal with complexity. Should know about the complexities of Enterprise
  Mobility, Blockchain, IoT
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development
  efficiency

1. B.E/ B.Tech / MCA in computer science or a related field
2. 6+ Years of Java/J2EE work experience.
3. Minimum 6 months in Team Lead position.

1. Object-Oriented design, patterns, algorithms, data structures
2. Well knowledge about Spring Hibernate framework.
3. Exposure to React JS / Angular JS.

1. Experience with SQL/No-SQL database technologies – MySQL, Mongo dB, Cassandra, Redis, PostgreSQL, etc.
2. Good working experience in OpenStack/AWS & cloud application development and deployment
3. Experience in Web services (REST or SOAP)

1. End to end web development experience is highly preferred
2. Good understanding of unit testing methodologies.
3. Good analytical and communication skills

Responsibilities

• A complete ownership of the feature.
• Find innovative ways to increase efficiency/Application performance.
• Implement Visual Designs in standards compliant.
• Build efficient and reusable front-end systems and abstractions.
• Suggest and implement improvements to existing product interfaces.
• Ensure that all the assigned systems are performing to scale.
• Work closely with product management team to define and refine feature.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of product development experience with expertise in designing and implementing high-performance web applications.
• Strong hands-on experience in developing web applications using JavaScript.
• Strong experience and knowledge in single page frameworks using ReactJS and ability to design the architecture of single page applications.
