
Business Development Manager (Individual role)

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow Egniol’s business and increase revenue in Ahmedabad. The successful candidate will identify and develop new business opportunities, assess market trends, and build relationships with key stakeholders. The Business Development Manager will be expected to generate leads, develop sales presentations, and present proposals to potential customers. The lead will be given by the company.
Responsibilities:
- Convert leads into sales (Leads provided by the company)
- Identify business opportunities
- Lead closing and business mining, and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve company objectives
- Develop and present sales proposals and presentations to potential customers
- Establish and build relationships with key stakeholders
- Monitor customer feedback to ensure customer satisfaction
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with sales skills
- 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, counseling, BDM, B2B, B2C, inside/in-house sales, BPO, KPO, or RPO.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused, target-oriented, and value to lead

Job Description
Strong Experience across Applications Migration to Cloud, Cloud native Architecture, Amazon EKS, Serverless (Lambda).
Delivery of customer Cloud Strategies aligned with customers business objectives and with a focus on Cloud Migrations and App Modernization.
Design of clients Cloud solutions with a focus on AWS.
Undertake short-term delivery engagements related to cloud architecture with a specific focus on AWS and Cloud Migrations/Modernization.
Provide leadership in migration and modernization methodologies and techniques including mass application movements into the cloud.
Implementation of AWS within in large regulated enterprise environments.
Nurture Cloud computing expertise internally and externally to drive Cloud Adoption.
Work with designers and developers in the team to guide them through the solution implementation.
Participate in performing Proof of Concept (POC) for various upcoming technologies to fit in business requirement.Skills Required:
• Expertise in software development & programming using HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, Node.js, SAPUI5 and Fiori
• Experience in developing SAP Cloud Platform based applications is a plus.
• Must have experience in Fiori apps implementation including configurations.
• Build Custom Fiori and extend Fiori applications
• Experience working with SAP Web IDE, BAS and different http services integration like REST/Web service.
• Experience in building applications on Business Transformation Platform will be add on
• Must have experience in Fiori Design patterns, UI Theme designer and Fiori Launchpad configurations and database experience with SAP or S/4 HANA.
• Assist in the integration of front-end UI/UX components with back-end. Ability to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas and suggest technology solutions.

Requirements
- 2-5 Years’ Experience into B2B Sales
- Any Graduate / Postgraduate (Preferred with Engineering Background)
- Good Communication Skills
