Role: Motion Graphic Designer

Job Type: Full-Time, Mid Shift

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging motion graphics for social media posts, product explainers, ads, and landing pages.

• Design and animate short form videos for campaigns, reels, and promotional content.

• Collaborate with marketing to understand campaign objectives and translate them into compelling visual concepts.

• Edit raw footage into polished videos with the right transitions, overlays, SFX, and music.

• Develop templates and repeatable design systems to speed up production.

• Maintain brand consistency across all visual content.

• Keep track of industry trends and introduce fresh creative ideas regularly.

• Work with product team to produce UI motion screens and feature release videos. Required Skills and Experience

• 2 to 4 years of experience in motion graphics and video editing.

• Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

• Experience in creating short animated videos, typography animations, and explainers.

• Good understanding of storytelling and visual rhythm.

• Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly.

• Strong attention to detail and creative problem solving.

• Portfolio showcasing motion graphics and video work is mandatory. Nice to Have

• Experience with 3D tools like Blender or Cinema 4D.

• Knowledge of UI animations for SaaS products.

• Ability to produce audio edits, basic sound design, or voiceovers.

Who You Are:

• You’ve built scalable, production-ready APIs in fast-paced environments, and are comfortable with the challenges that come with a growing startup.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage a NestJS backend with a modular, scalable architecture that can easily handle real-time events and communication.
• Develop and maintain WebSocket services for real-time event-driven updates and ensure seamless communication across the system.
• Integrate RabbitMQ for reliable internal messaging, handling queues and ensuring event-driven workflows are efficient and fault-tolerant.
• Implement database management strategies using MongoDB, Redis, and Elasticsearch, ensuring efficient data handling, indexing, and optimization.
• Integrate with external APIs (JSON-RPC, XML-RPC, REST) to enhance system capabilities.
• Ensure high performance of the system by optimizing database queries, implementing caching strategies using Redis, and ensuring optimal indexing and data flow.
• Implement role-based authentication and authorization mechanisms using JWT, OAuth, and RBAC patterns within NestJS.
• Follow security best practices to ensure sensitive data is protected, credentials are stored securely, and the system is resilient to common vulnerabilities.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between different services and technologies.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Node.js and NestJS with TypeScript.
• Solid experience with MongoDB, Redis, and Elasticsearch for data storage and real-time data handling.

Role: Product Manager

Step ahead, we are looking for a Product Manager who can create best out of excellent engineering minds and build together a product which suffice Insurance Industry needs. This is a pivotal role where you can see yourself working with the Technology, Sales, Marketing and Leadership team. 
Your Responsibilities

• Identify product market opportunities through market research, customer profiling, needs analysis, market sizing and competitive analysis.
• Define the product strategy, and translate product strategy into roadmap and feature definition, in line with business and customer experience objectives.
• Collect and develop ideas, prioritize the ideas, create business cases
• Define, track, and improve key product metrics.
• Drive the product discovery process for large projects and support the product implementation and deployment
• Partner and collaborate with stakeholders from multiple teams like Engineering, UX, Data, etc. across numerous business units across countries and teams
• Liaise with Engineering and Product owners to help them implement and verify the product increments
• Liaise with Sales, Marketing, Services and Support organizations to launch the product evolutions to market
• Works with product marketing department to develop effective communication activities and programs including product positioning, collateral development, whitepapers, and analyst engagement
• Serves as the key contact for product questions and new product ideas which surface from customers, sales, or market research.
• Manages the resolution of escalated customer problems. Escalates problems and issues to other departments when needed.

Minimum Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in technology product management.
• 3+ years of working in the insurance domain
• Have worked independently or as a lead on GTM and launch of at least 1 product
• Worked closely with developers in an agile development environment
• Prior experience as a developer preferred.

This person MUST have:

• B.E Computer Science or equivalent
• 2+ Years of hands-on experience troubleshooting/setting up of the Linux environment, who can write shell scripts for any given requirement.
• 1+ Years of hands-on experience setting up/configuring AWS or GCP services from SCRATCH and maintaining them.
• 1+ Years of hands-on experience setting up/configuring Kubernetes & EKS and ensuring high availability of container orchestration.
• 1+ Years of hands-on experience setting up CICD from SCRATCH in Jenkins & Gitlab.
• Experience configuring/maintaining one monitoring tool.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Candidates with certifications - AWS, GCP, CKA, etc will be preferred
• Hands-on experience with databases (Cassandra, MongoDB, MySQL, RDS).

Experience:

• Min 3 years of experience as SRE automation engineer building, running, and maintaining production sites. Not looking for candidates who have experience only as L1/L2.

• Remotely, anywhere in India

Timings:

• The person is expected to deliver with both high speed and high quality as well as work for 40 Hours per week (~6.5 hours per day, 6 days per week) in shifts which will rotate every month.
