Job Description

 Interact with Project management and development teams to develop a strong understanding of the project and testing objectives.

 Analyze requirements for validity. Design and prepare test plan/cases for mobile and web applications based on requirements

 Experience in handling a complete project from a QA engineer perspective.

 Create relevant tasks for Engineers in JIRA, track and ensure closure  Reproduce issues reported by the customers and document the steps clearly so developers can fix them

Requirements & Desirable skill sets

 Hand-on experience in Excel

 Basic knowledge of mobile applications

 Hands-on experience in Defect management tools like JIRA or similar tools

 Intermediate written/verbal communication

 Comfortable to work with large volumes of data and Attention to detail  Knowledge in testing iOS or Android native

 Knowledge in testing web applications

 Ownership of assigned tasks and escalate whenever required

 Very good analytical and problem-solving skills

 Good communication and interpersonal skills

We’re looking for a Backend Developer (Python) with a strong foundation in backend technologies and

a deep interest in scalable, low-latency systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize backend applications using Python.

• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.

• Work with relational and NoSQL databases for data storage, retrieval, and optimization.

• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code while following best practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, QA, DevOps) to deliver high quality features.

• Participate in code reviews to maintain high coding standards.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.

• Ensure application security, performance, and scalability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Python development.

• Strong command over Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.

• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.

• Experience working with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.

• Proficiency in writing and consuming REST APIs.

• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.

• Experience with unit testing and frameworks like PyTest or Unittest.

• Knowledge of containerization (Docker) is a plus.

• Maintain detailed records of lead interactions, status, and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Provide regular reports on lead generation activities to ensure an up-to-date pipeline.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience in pre-sales, lead generation, or telecalling, for education sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong telephone etiquette and persuasive abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field (EdTech or school experience preferred).

• Multiple PDFs merge/compress/rename करना
• Final PDF को website पर upload करना
• Submission receipt download & save करना
• Workflow में loop बनाना (multiple orders processing)
• Proper error handling, retry logic, logging

About the role:

We are looking for an experienced Software Development Engineer II (SDE2) to help deliver high visibility and impact features for the ChakraHQ Platform. ChakraHQ Platform is the world's first Omnichannel Process Automation Platform. Technology specialists at ChakraHQ are at the core of the company's decisions and vision. As an SDE2, you will contribute to the design and development of the core technology stack of the ChakraHQ Platform. Working closely with Engineering, Product Management, Sales and Customer Success you will take ownership to develop features, plugins and custom fixes that will materially impact customer’s and ChakraHQ’s business. You will also be responsible for maintaining a streamlined build and CI/CD system. You will help coordinate the incorporation of upstream features into the ChakraHQ Platform.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. 
• 3+ years of experience working on teams to develop and deploy web or mobile applications
• Expertise with Javascript
• Knowledge of frameworks such as React.js is a big plus
• Ability to write code compatible across browsers and other clients
• Good understanding of backend systems i.e. web services, APIs from a consumer perspective
• Proficiency with git and Github workflows
• Expertise with test-driven development and automated testing
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and fluent English
• Open to learn and work on new technologies
