About the Role
We're looking for a top 0.1% AI engineer that is also an all-rounder, with exceptional skills in AI/ML, full-stack software engineering, product management, & design.
As a Senior AI Engineer on our team, you will develop cutting edge AI agents and LLM-powered tools to power our AI clinics. You'll collaborate closely with every discipline (product, medicine, operations, design, etc).
You'll wear many hats. Your responsibilities will fall into 3 categories:
AI Engineering
- Develop AI agents with a high bar for reliability and performance.
- Build SOTA LLM-powered tools for providers, practices, and patients.
- Architect our data annotation, fine tuning, and RLHF workflows.
Full-Stack Engineering
- Lead the team in designing scalable architecture to support performant web applications.
- Develop features end-to-end for our web applications (React, Typescript, etc).
Product Management
- Propose, scope, and prioritize new feature ideas.
- Lead the team in building best-in-class user experiences.
- Develop deep domain understanding in US healthcare to inform new product decisions.
Requirements
- Graduated from top engineering university (ex: IIT).
- 3+ years of industry experience after graduation.
- Strong experience developing AI agents and LLM-powered tools.
- Strong understanding of how to make AI applications performant and reliable (fine tuning, RLHF, distillation, etc).
- Exceptional at building full-stack web applications.
- Great at designing and developing best-in-class user experiences.
- Able to take initiative and figure things out without being told what to do.
- Understanding of US healthcare is a bonus.

We're looking for a top 0.1% UI/UX designer that can:
- Develop a deep understanding of complex products to identify the best UI/UX design patterns.
- Design sleek, cutting-edge interfaces for our web applications.
- Design best-in-class landing pages.
- Design exceptional 3D hardware device mockups.
Requirements
- 2+ years of industry experience after graduation.
- Must be exceptional at BOTH UX and UI.
- Exceptional portfolio of work including web app UI/UX and landing pages.
- 3D design skills are a bonus.
- Incredibly strong business knowledge preferred.
- Strong understanding of how design affects product metrics, as well as landing page conversion rates.
- Amazing product thinking skills, with an ability to articulate nuances of complex use cases.
