Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute creative video editing techniques to enhance advertisements, short-form content, and promotional videos, ensuring high engagement, clarity, and quality.
2. Apply strong storytelling techniques to create compelling narratives in ads and short-form videos, keeping audiences hooked from start to finish.
3. Edit and optimize content in both English and Hindi, ensuring seamless transitions, accurate subtitles, and culturally relevant edits.
4. Stay updated with the latest editing tools, styles, and trends specific to short-form content, ads, and social media platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts
5. Create and edit eye-catching graphics, thumbnails, and overlays optimized for short-form content and paid ad campaigns across social media.
6. Utilize tools like VN Editor, CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects to produce high-quality, platform-optimized video content.
7. Collaborate closely with marketing teams, advertisers, influencers, and designers to create engaging ad creatives and branded short-form videos.
8. Train junior editors on latest editing techniques, ad optimization strategies, and industry tools for video content creation.
Qualifications & Skills:
1. 3-5 years of experience in video editing, with a strong portfolio of advertisements, promotional videos, and short-form content.
2. Proven ability to edit and manage content in both English and Hindi, ensuring accuracy and audience engagement.
3. Strong storytelling skills, with the ability to structure short-form videos and ads for maximum impact.
4. Expertise in creating engaging, high-converting ad creatives and short-form content for brands, influencers, and marketing campaigns.
5. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, VN Editor, CapCut, InShot, and other video editing software
6. Ability to adapt to different content styles, from fast-paced ad creatives to influencer-driven short-form content.

The IT asset manager will:

The Hardware asset manager must have in-depth knowledge and experience of the following:
- Technology asset life cycle (whether digital technology, information, financial or physical assets), best practice governance, tools and services
- Policy, process, and procedure development and implementation
- Technology contracts and their likely cost implications through the technology asset life cycle
- Engagement with sourcing, procurement and vendor management legal, tax and accountancy advisors for additional information

- Atleast 16 years of experience with IT, enterprise asset management or information management
- Demonstrated leadership experience building cross-organizational consensus with exposure to technology providers and/or business clients
- Demonstrated experience in liaising with middle and senior management
- Experience with building business requirements for digital technology tools and services, developing business cases, and selecting solutions using RFP documentation and processes
- Experience leading system or tool implementations, with responsibility for verifying capabilities, outputs, dependencies and implementation scope

As a Lead Generation & Inside Sales person at Superset, you will be responsible for generating
leads to sell Superset’s flagship SaaS product (campus placements automation tool) to colleges
and universities on an annual license subscription basis.
The work will require you to:
