Compliance and Legal Operations: coordinating with law and accounting firm we are working with, be updated with the legal and compliance requirements like GST(though our accounting partner will help with the specifics of these - we need someone internally in the team to be responsible for this) 3. Accounting Operations: internal accounting, maintain receipts, day to day accounting 4. Administrative Operations: for example office amenities management, logistics 5. Media & Event Operations: reaching out to media outlets who can write about Marax, scout for media/PR opportunities, find events we can present at and coordinate logistics 6. Coordinating meetings: sales, investors, customers etc. 7. Outreach: sending initial emails(content will be provided by us), following up over emails.
