• Manage the P&L of the city and directly responsible for both demand and supply and hence overall growth from a city • Evaluate partner economic and strategic costs and benefits of partner incentive programs and work with management to execute those strategies. • Will require the individual to do analytical and have intuitive skills as the role directly impacts business growth by transferring data into winning real world strategies. • Acquire, train and retain our partners on the platform to always maintain adequate supply for the demand. • Analyze demand and supply dynamics and direct or generate supply to satisfy market demand and achieve optimal levels of driver productivity. • Able to strategize projects to increase city performance and constantly innovate the process flow of our operations. • Accountable for achieving the operations and quality metrics. Desired experience: • Min experience of 4 years into handling e-commerce or food or hyperlocal shipments. • Need to have good knowledge on P&L management. • Should have seen a scale of minimum 2000 parcels per day. • Crisis management & Client management skillset. • Should be process oriented & a strategist to understand rider & client requirement. • Should have handled a team size of minimum 5 in the past.
The Operations Executive would be responsible for overseeing the Marketplace operations at White Panda. 1. Onboard Technical Writers and Copywriters. Oversee editorial processes 2. Come up with processes and build a steady flow of content creators 3. Proper accounting to be practised. Cost needs to be optimised towards writer pay. 4. Work towards — Higher content quality & Faster delivery times 5. Delegating projects to Writers, while having the track of all the progress and deadline. 6. Coordinating with Content Managers.

Compliance and Legal Operations: coordinating with law and accounting firm we are working with, be updated with the legal and compliance requirements like GST(though our accounting partner will help with the specifics of these - we need someone internally in the team to be responsible for this) 3. Accounting Operations: internal accounting, maintain receipts, day to day accounting 4. Administrative Operations: for example office amenities management, logistics 5. Media & Event Operations: reaching out to media outlets who can write about Marax, scout for media/PR opportunities, find events we can present at and coordinate logistics 6. Coordinating meetings: sales, investors, customers etc. 7. Outreach: sending initial emails(content will be provided by us), following up over emails. This involves working closely with founders and co-ordinating investor, customer and prospective candidates follow ups 8. Manage other company related operations as needed Skills: Attention to detail, good communication skills, team management/co-ordination, be comfortable with groundwork needed for the above tasks, be outward facing and be able to find opportunities for company, be able to represent company and communicate its vision, market, business analysis Since we are a young startup, none of the above tasks need a dedicated person and full-time attention hence we are looking for someone who is cross-functional and can cut across the above functions and learn/adapt as required
