Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Coordination:
•
Develop detailed project plans for product procurement and delivery of material to jobsite.

Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to facilitate the issuance of sales orders and purchase orders for materials and services.

Raising payment timely payment request.
Excel Skills:
•
Utilize advanced Excel skills to manage project data, track expenses, and generate reports for analysis.
•
Prepare and share expediting reports and project related reports and share with the stake holders.
Bid Revisions:
•
Coordinate bid revisions with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with project requirements and budget constraints.

Prepare Change Orders and creating budget for same.
Project Documentation & Close Out Report
•
Maintain comprehensive documentation of project activities, including contracts, purchase orders, and correspondence with vendors.

Prepare project close out reports.
Qualifications:
•
Bachelor's degree in architecture, civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
•
3–5+ years of project management experience in hospitality, supply chain, procurement or site execution works in commercial or residential projects.
•
PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
•
Knowledge of FF&E, OS&E, or hospitality procurement preferred.
Skills & Competencies:

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Monday.com, Asana).

Requirements:

Designation: Employment Engagement Manager

Roles and responsibilities:
1. Develop, strengthen and proactively connect with new employers to increase our youth’s opportunities to secure a sustainable livelihood.
2. Maintain and strengthen current employer engagement activities including employer events, and support the Mentoring Programme and management of the vacancy portal and customer relationship management tool/platform to reflect the needs of our youth and maximize opportunities for employers to engage with our students.
3. Understand the context of youth enrolled in the program in order to inform and identify areas of action and use statistical analysis to improve employer engagement activity.
4. Establish, strengthen, and evaluate effective communication with skilling partners, trainers, mentors, and youth.
5. Working with the Program Head in partnership with central placement cells, and other programs within the organization to establish and evaluate priorities and provision.
6. Be responsible for the effective income generation of the youth above minimum wages.

Responsibilities:
Non-Direct Routing (NDR) Optimization:
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize NDR processes, minimizing transportation costs while maintaining service levels.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, procurement, customer service) to identify NDR opportunities and -streamline order fulfillment.
- Manage carrier and logistics service provider relationships, negotiating rates, managing contracts, and ensuring compliance with routing guidelines.
Reverse Logistics (RVP) Management:
- Oversee the RVP process, encompassing returns, exchanges, and product recalls, to minimize costs and maximize recovery value.
- Partner with customer service, repair, and warehouse teams to streamline RVP processes and improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage relationships with reverse logistics partners, vendors, and service providers to ensure timely and efficient processing of returns and exchanges.
Pickup Coordination:
- Coordinate pickups from various locations (suppliers, warehouses, distribution centers) to optimize transportation efficiency and minimize costs.
- Schedule and monitor pickup activities, track shipment status, and resolve any issues or delays to ensure on-time pickup and delivery.
- Communicate pickup schedules and requirements to carriers and internal stakeholders for alignment with logistics plans.
Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement:

Qualifications:
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
