Hands-on XP engineering practices such as TDD, BDD, CI/ CD, Automation etc is a plus. Responsibilities: Coaching teams in Agile ways of working, building effective Agile teams focused on delivering Business Value, also supporting in DevOps teams. Capture feedback and continuously improve Agile guidance, training materials and content. Training, mentoring and coaching team members on agile values, principles, frameworks, roles, practices and techniques as outlined in the agile standards Training, mentoring and coaching teams on how to produce agile metrics and understand how metrics provide insights into progress at a program and/or team level.
