In-depth knowledge of what & how Extreme Programming, Scrum and Scaling agile models. Experience coaching and training individuals and teams in agile principles and practices. Should have worked as Agile Coach in the past. Provide hands on coaching to 2-4 Agile teams simultaneously with in-depth guidance on agile roles, rituals, and artifacts. Hands-on XP engineering practices such as TDD, BDD, CI/ CD, Automation etc is a plus. Responsibilities: Coaching teams in Agile ways of working, building effective Agile teams focused on delivering Business Value, also supporting in DevOps teams. Capture feedback and continuously improve Agile guidance, training materials and content. Training, mentoring and coaching team members on agile values, principles, frameworks, roles, practices and techniques as outlined in the agile standards Training, mentoring and coaching teams on how to produce agile metrics and understand how metrics provide insights into progress at a program and/or team level. Training, mentoring and coaching teams on the agile tools and continuously working to improve the agile tools. Providing thought leadership and collaborating with other coaches on best practices in the industry related to techniques, tools and strategies and melding them into the agile frameworks as a member of the agile coaching community. Experience in building agility metrics & evaluating team members & teams.
