LeadershipKey Responsibilities:
- Experience in Real Estate Background, Commercial leasing, IPC(International Property Consultant)
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
- Lead and mentor the sales and marketing teams to meet company goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and investors.
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns and brand development.
- Provide regular performance reports and sales forecasts to senior management.
Requirement:
- Must have experience in Real Estate, Commercial leasing or IPC.
- MBA in Marketing or related field.
- 15+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 8-10 years in leadership roles in real estate.
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate industry and marketing trends
