Job Title: Generative AI Engineer

Job description:

We are seeking a Generative AI Engineer with 6–9 years of experience who can independently

explore, prototype, and present the art of the possible using LLMs, agentic frameworks, and

emerging Gen AI techniques. This role combines deep technical hands-on development with

non-technical influence and presentation skills.

You will contribute to key Gen AI innovation initiatives, help define new protocols (like MCP

and A2A) and deliver fully functional prototypes that push the boundaries of enterprise AI — not

just in Jupyter notebooks, but as real applications ready for production exploration.

Key Responsibilities:

·        LLM Applications & Agentic Frameworks

·        Design and implement end-to-end LLM applications using OpenAI, Claude, Mistral,

·        Gemini, or LLaMA on AWS, Databricks, Azure or GCP.

·        Build intelligent, autonomous agents using LangGraph, AutoGen, LlamaIndex, Crew.ai,or custom frameworks.

·        Develop Multi Model, Multi Agent, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications with secure context embedding and tracing with reports.

·        Rapidly explore and showcase the art of the possible through functional, demonstrable POCs

·        Advanced AI Experimentation

·        Fine-tune LLMs and Small Language Models (SLMs) for domain-specific use.

·        Create and leverage synthetic datasets to simulate edge cases and scale training.

·        Evaluate agents using custom agent evaluation frameworks (success rates, latency,reliability)

·        Evaluate emerging agent communication standards — A2A (Agent-to-Agent) and MCP (Model Context Protocol), Business Alignment & Cross-Team Collaboration

·        Translate ambiguous requirements into structured, AI-enabled solutions.

·        Clearly communicate and present ideas, outcomes, and system behaviors to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Qualifications:

·        6–9 years of experience in software development or AI/ML engineering

·        At least 3 years working with LLMs, GenAI applications, or agentic frameworks.

·        Proficient in AI/ML, MLOps concepts, Python, embeddings, prompt engineering, and

·        model orchestration

·        Proven track record of developing functional AI prototypes beyond notebooks.

·        Strong presentation and storytelling skills to clearly convey GenAI concepts and value.

Responsibilities

• To Attend the inbound calls of HNI customers in both Retail Liabilities & Credit Cards and process the queries.
• To identify and convert the opportunities for cross-selling (banking products).
• Responsible for quality communication and customer servicing within laid down productivity and service benchmarks.
• Ensure customer “delight” and consistent service experience, including timely resolution of customer queries/issues.
• Complete the logs specified by the process (End-of-day target).
• Adherence to Information Security norms & quality process norms.
• To be aware of and comply with any updates about the process.
• Act on the feedback given by Team Leader/Team Coach or Quality or on the coaching provided to the team as guidelines for improving performance.

Requirements

• Graduate
• Preferably 1-2 years with 6 months which should be in a customer service role - Understanding of call centre industry an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills – Verbal & Written.
• Flexible to work 24/7 (For Females: 7 AM till 8 PM) including Sundays/holidays
• Flexible to get scattered 8 Week Offs in a month with 9 hours shift
• Good listening skills and strong communication abilities.

• 6+ years of experience in Java backend development with expertise in Spring/Spring Boot and RESTful services.
• Solid grasp of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), system design, and design patterns.
• Proven experience leading a team of engineers or taking ownership of modules/projects.
• Experience with AWS Cloud services (EC2, Lambda, S3, etc.) is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Role & Responsiblities

• DevOps Engineer will be working with implementation and management of DevOps tools and technologies.
• Create and support advanced pipelines using Gitlab.
• Create and support advanced container and serverless environments.
• Deploy Cloud infrastructure using Terraform and cloud formation templates.
• Implement deployments to OpenShift Container Platform, Amazon ECS and EKS
• Troubleshoot containerized builds and deployments
• Implement processes and automations for migrating between OpenShift, AKS and EKS
• Implement CI/CD automations.

Required Skillsets

• 3-5 years of cloud-based architecture software engineering experience.
• Deep understanding of Kubernetes and its architecture.
• Mastery of cloud security engineering tools, techniques, and procedures.
• Experience with AWS services such as Amazon S3, EKS, ECS, DynamoDB, AWS Lambda, API Gateway, etc.
• Experience with designing and supporting infrastructure via Infrastructure-as-Code in AWS, via CDK, CloudFormation Templates, Terraform or other toolset.
• Experienced with tools like Jenkins, Github, Puppet or other similar toolset.
• Experienced with monitoring functions like cloudwatch, newrelic, graphana, splunk, etc,
• Excellence in verbal and written communication, and in working collaboratively with a variety of colleagues and clients in a remote development environment.
• Proven track record in cloud computing systems and enterprise architecture and security

Demonstrated Skills: 

• Average ability on calling, spoken and written English with moderate medical billing knowledge. 

• Should be able to work independently with minimal supervision, on moderate and complex tasks with guidance from supervisors 

• Should be a team player and collaborate in solving the issues and problems. 

Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Ability to talk to insurance companies & check online for outstanding payments and document the conversation/ findings on patient account and assigned WP as per the standardization protocol with required accuracy. 

• Willingness to work in the night shift 

• Meet Compliance requirements like HIPPA etc. 

• Meet QMS and ISMS requirements 

• Meet productivity and quality standards 

• Should have good typing speed of 25 wpm 

• Should ensure 100% attendance. 

Sr. Executive - AR:-

Demonstrated Skills:

• Above average calling, spoken and written English skills, high medical billing knowledge 

• Should work independently, and with minimal supervision, on complex tasks with guidance from supervisors

• Ability to analyze a claim and talk to insurance companies & check online for outstanding payments and take necessary action, so that the claim is closed
