Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java, React.js, and AWS to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have experience building high-performance applications and working across both front-end and back-end technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using Java and React.js
• Design and build RESTful APIs and microservices using Java frameworks
• Develop responsive and interactive frontend interfaces using React.js
• Work with AWS services for deployment, scalability, and infrastructure
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
• Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance optimization
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based solutions

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Java (Spring Boot / Spring Framework)
• Good knowledge of React.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Experience building REST APIs and microservices architecture
• Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.)
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development
• Experience with database technologies (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB)

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Docker / Kubernetes
• Knowledge of serverless architecture
• Experience working in cloud-native environments
• Understanding of system design and scalable architecture

• 6+ years of experience in software development with strong expertise in Java (8+), JavaScript, HTML, CSS, PL/SQL.
• Hands-on expertise in frameworks and tools: Spring Boot, ReactJS, NodeJS, REST, SOAP.
• Version Control: Proficient in Git.
• Backend & Databases: Experience with Oracle and Postgres DB (Shining Stars).
• CI/CD Tools: Skilled in Jenkins, GitHub, TDD/BDD.
• Testing Tools: Practical experience with ReadyAPI, Postman, Jest, JUnit.
• Cloud Technologies: Exposure to OCI, Azure, AWS.
• AI Tools: Familiar with GitHub Copilot.
• Containerization & Architecture: Proficient in Docker, Kubernetes (K8s), Microservices, Microfrontend.
• Nice to Have: Test automation experience with Selenium, Java Cucumber, and Kafka

Job description

As part of our dynamic international cross-functional team you will be responsible for the design, development and deployment of modern high quality software solutions and applications as an experienced and skilled Full-stack developer. 

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain the application 

Write clean, efficient, and reusable code

Implement new features and functionality based on business requirements

Participate in system and application architecture discussions

Create technical designs and specifications for new features or enhancements

Write and execute unit tests to ensure code quality

Debug and resolve technical issues and software defects

Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices

Identify and fix vulnerabilities to ensure application integrity

Working with other developers to ensure seamless integration backend and frontend elements 

Collaborating with DevOps teams for deployment and scaling

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology, or a related field.

Proven experience as a skilled Full-stack developer. Experience in Utilities / Energy domain is appreciated.

Strong experience with Java (Springboot), AWS / Azure or GCP, GitLab and Angular and / or React. Additional technologies like Python, Go, Kotlin, Rust or similar are welcome

Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. 

Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively in a team environment.

• 2 – 6 years of experience with in Java /J2EE.
• Hands-on experience working on Core JAVA, JSP, Servlets, Spring,Java script, Apache & Tomcat, Web services ,ReactJS and JQuery.
• Having experience on Multi-threading is added advantage.
• Exposure working on Linux environment is preferred.
• The ability to work in a fast, agile and nimble environment with frequent change

• Good exposure to front end/UI skills (JS, HTML, Angular). -
• Good exposure to configuration management, testing, deployment. -

• Qual- B.E/ B.Tech (Computer Science/ Equivalent) from a premier institute.

• Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems, delivering high-availability and performance.
• Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle.
• Write well designed, testable, efficient code.
• Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications.
• Prepare and produce releases of software components.
• Build and deploy on to AWS
• Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review.

• Ability to code and implement front-end web applications and backend processing systems.
• Research, evaluate, and prototype new methodologies, technologies, Prepare proofs-of-concept.
• Convert business requirements into technical documentation using UML diagrams.
