As a Lead Java Developer, you will take charge of driving the development and delivery of high-quality Java-based applications. Your role will involve leading a team of developers, providing technical guidance, and overseeing the entire software development life cycle. With your deep understanding of Java programming and related frameworks, you will design and implement scalable and efficient solutions that meet the project requirements. Your strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail will ensure the code quality and performance of the applications. Additionally, you will stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices to improve the development processes continuously and contribute to the success of the team.

What You Will Do: 

• Design and development of RESTful Web Services.
• Hands on database experience (Oracle / PostgreSQL / MySQL /SQL Server).
• Hands on experience with developing web applications leveraging Spring Framework.
• Hands on experience with developing microservices leveraging Spring Boot.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies.
• Continuous Integration tools (Jenkins & Git Lab), CICD Tools.
• Strong believer and follower of agile methodologies with an emphasis on Quality & Standards based development.
• Architect, design, and implement complex software systems using [Specify relevant technologies, e.g., Java, Python, Node.js.

What we need?

• BTech computer science or equivalent
• Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in Java/J2EE technologies
• Experience in building back in API using Spring Boot Framework, Spring DI, Spring AOP
• Real time messaging integration using Kafka or similar framework
• Experience in at least one database: Oracle, SQL server or PostgreSQL
• Previous experience managing and leading high-performing software engineering teams.

Responsibilities:

Manage the entire Training for all new joiners - including fresher and laterals - technical and English both

Manage all trainees - from their infrastructure, time in, time out, leaves, reporting, status, training schedule, training

technologies Etc.

Assess and evaluate all trainees and plan their training schedule, technologies, trainer, timings, etc.

Coordinate with recruitment team to hire and work with the best trainer for each technology

Coordinate with existing pool of trainers, add new trainers and organize online training

Assign tests, exams and get them evaluates for all trainees

Well versed with MS word and excel, google doc n sheets, WebEx and zoom

Manage all trainees data, results, ranking, status, and evaluate them and report to Management & HR

Train yourself if confident to give training in English or any IT language

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering or in a related field
• 4+ years of experience
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong knowledge of Linux systems and internals
• Programming experience in Python/Shell scripting
• Strong AWS skills with knowledge of EC2, VPC, S3, RDS, Cloudfront, Route53, etc
• Experience in containerization (Docker) and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Experience in DevOps & CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins, Terraform, Helm
• Experience with SQL & NoSQL databases such as MySql, MongoDB, and ElasticSearch
• Debugging and troubleshooting skills using tools such as strace, tcpdump, etc
• Good understanding of networking protocol and security concerns (VPN, VPC, IG, NAT, AZ, Subnet)

• Experience in handling large production deployments and infrastructure.
• DevOps based infrastructure and application deployments experience.
• Working knowledge of the AWS network architecture including designing VPN solutions between regions and subnets
• Hands-on knowledge with the AWS AMI architecture including the development of machine templates and blueprints
• He/she should be able to validate that the environment meets all security and compliance controls.
• Good working knowledge of AWS services such as Messaging, Application Services, Migration Services, Cost Management Platform.
• Proven written and verbal communication skills.
• Understands and can serve as the technical team lead to oversee the build of the Cloud environment based on customer requirements.
