What will you be doing?

• Own the solution design and user experience aspects of any project/product. This includes conducting user research through interviews, observations and other research methods & translating it into insights that are simple, and intuitive and result in delightful user experiences.

• Understands product specifications and identifies user touchpoints/ interactions through the various journeys

• Work closely with the product team to translate business requirements into user personas, conceptual diagrams, wireframes, prototypes (paper sketches to high- -fidelity), flow diagrams and finally production quality mocks for web, mobile web and apps.

•Create images and videos for our various products selling on multiple e-commerce websites.

•Producing graphic content for landing pages, page layouts, site graphics & static & banners

•Defining standards and guidelines for UI and Usability.

•Will work across different brands from fashion/BPC categories and other categories

•Suggest design solutions in the form of sketches, storyboards, wireframes, and paper/interactive prototypes.

Requirements

What will you bring?

•You are comfortable working hands-on in a fast-paced start-up environment.

•Must have the ability to work with a sense of urgency and be able to successfully navigate changing priorities

•2-3 years of experience as a visual designer

•Advanced proficiency in visual design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite's InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator or any other relevant tools

•Knowledge of 3D design and animation tools such as 3DS Max, Maya

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience (4 years) as an RPA Developer.

Strong experience with RPA tool such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.

Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Python, Java, or VBScript.

Familiarity with process analysis, design, and improvement.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Understanding client requirements and preparing required documents (PDD, SDD, BRD...)

Roles and Responsibilities

Collaborate with business analysts, process owners, and project managers to gather requirements and understand business processes for automation.

Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using industry-standard RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.

Analyze, optimize, and document existing business processes for automation feasibility and improvement opportunities.

Develop automation workflows, scripts, and routines that are efficient, reliable, and maintainable.

Implement error handling and exception handling mechanisms to ensure the robustness of automation solutions.

Collaborate with QA teams to ensure the quality of the developed automation solutions.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for deployed automation solutions.

- We are looking for a designer with 3+ years of experience who's not married to their cubicle and can effortlessly convert complex concepts into elegantly simple presentations​.

- You should be able to translate business and marketing objectives into visual stories that are compelling, exciting, and coherent.​

- You should have a knack for design, attention to detail, and ninja-level expertise with design fundamentals, including composition, typography, color, iconography, and data visualization.​

- Along with in-depth knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, Keynote, and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, you should also have strong data visualization skills. ​
