Role & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and improve master data across customer, product, entitlement, account hierarchy, product catalog, subscription, contract, billing, and revenue domains.
• Configure and support MDM platform capabilities, including data models, match and merge rules, survivorship rules, hierarchy management, validation rules, workflows, reference data, and data quality rules.
• Support integration of master data between MDM platforms and operational systems such as Salesforce CRM, Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Revenue Cloud, billing, ERP, data lake, and reporting platforms.
• Assist with customer golden record creation, account hierarchy management, deduplication, data standardization, and Customer 360 enablement.
• Support product taxonomy and product catalog data needed for CPQ bundles, pricing rules, eligibility rules, commercial BOMs, and quote-to-cash automation.
• Maintain entitlement and subscription data, including customer-to-product mappings, lifecycle status, renewals, amendments, upsells, and install base visibility.
• Perform data profiling, cleansing, reconciliation, validation, issue resolution, and root-cause analysis across multiple systems.
• Document data definitions, business rules, source-to-target mappings, lineage, stewardship processes, and remediation actions.
• Partner with Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Finance, Product Operations, Customer Success, IT, Data Governance, and Enterprise Architecture teams.

Ideal Candidate

• Strong Master Data Management (MDM) Specialist Profile.
• Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 3+ years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM), Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Product Operations, or Enterprise Data Management roles.
• Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have hands-on experience working with an enterprise MDM platform such as Informatica MDM, Informatica IDMC, Reltio, or any comparable Master Data Management solution.
• Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must have strong experience managing one or more master data domains including Customer Master, Product Master, Product Catalog, Account Hierarchy, Subscription, Contract, Billing, Revenue, Entitlement, or Reference Data.
• Mandatory (Experience 4) – Must have working knowledge of business processes such as CRM, CPQ, Quote-to-Cash (QTC), Order-to-Cash (OTC), Billing, Entitlement Management, Subscription Management, Contract Management, or Revenue Operations.
• Mandatory (Experience 5) – Must have strong understanding of core MDM concepts including Golden Record Creation, Match & Merge Rules, Survivorship Rules, Reference Data Management, Hierarchy Management, Data Stewardship Workflows, Data Quality Rules, and Cross-System Data Synchronization.
• Mandatory (Experience 6) – Must have hands-on experience in data profiling, cleansing, standardization, deduplication, validation, reconciliation, remediation, and data quality improvement initiatives.
• Mandatory (Hike) - AUXO AI follows a compensation policy of offering up to 25% hike on the candidate's current CTC. Candidates whose expectations exceed this range should be screened out during the initial discussion.

• Mandatory (Domain) – Must have experience working in SaaS, Subscription-based Businesses, Technology Companies, Enterprise Software Organizations, Cloud Product Companies, or Digital Platforms.
• Preferred (Salesforce Ecosystem) – Experience working with Salesforce CRM, Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Customer 360 implementations.
• Preferred (MDM Products) – Experience with Informatica Customer 360, Product 360, Reference 360, Cloud Data Quality, Cloud Data Governance, Reltio Connected Data Platform, or Reltio Data Cloud.
• Preferred (Integration Experience) – Experience integrating MDM platforms with Salesforce, CPQ, Billing Systems, ERP Applications, Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, Lakehouse Platforms, or Enterprise Reporting Solutions.

• Technical expertise in the area of development of Master Data Management, data extraction, transformation, and load (ETL) applications, big data using existing and emerging technology platforms and cloud architecture

• Functions as lead developer• Support System Analysis, Technical/Data design, development, unit testing, and oversee end-to-end data solution.

• Technical SME in Master Data Management application, ETL, big data and cloud technologies                                                                                               

• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure technical designs and implementations account for requirements, standards, and best practices                                                                                           

• Performance tuning of end-to-end MDM, database, ETL, Big data processes or in the source/target database endpoints as needed.                                                               

• Mentor and advise junior members of team to provide guidance.                                                  

• Perform a technical lead and solution lead role for a team of onshore and offshore developers

Key Responsibilities:

·      Solution Design: Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and design comprehensive Informatica MDM solutions tailored to their needs.

·      Implementation: Lead the implementation of Informatica MDM solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with existing systems.

·      Data Modelling: Design and implement data models to support MDM initiatives, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across systems.

·      Data Quality Management: Implement Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) processes and workflows to improve data quality and ensure compliance with organizational standards.

·      Integration: Integrate Informatica MDM solutions with other enterprise systems, such as CRM, ERP, and BI platforms, to facilitate seamless data exchange and interoperability.

·      Customization: Develop custom components, workflows, and extensions to extend the functionality of Informatica MDM and meet specific business requirements.

·      Data Governance: Establish data governance policies, standards, and best practices to govern the use, management, and quality of master data within the organization.

·      Documentation: Prepare comprehensive documentation, including solution designs, technical specifications, user guides, and training materials, to support the implementation and maintenance of Informatica MDM solutions.

·      Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of Informatica MDM solutions.

·      Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users, administrators, and stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Informatica MDM solutions.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in implementing and configuring Informatica MDM solutions.
• Proficiency in Informatica MDM Hub, Informatica Data Director, Informatica Data Quality (IDQ), and related Informatica tools and technologies.
• Strong understanding of data modelling principles, data integration concepts, and master data management best practices.
• Hands-on experience with data profiling, cleansing, and transformation using Informatica IDQ.
• Experience with data governance frameworks, data stewardship workflows, and data quality metrics.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines.
• Informatica certification(s) in MDM and/or IDQ is a plus.

• Should have good hands-on experience in Informatica MDM Customer 360, Data Integration(ETL) using PowerCenter, Data Quality.
• Must have strong skills in Data Analysis, Data Mapping for ETL processes, and Data Modeling.
• Experience with the SIF framework including real-time integration
• Should have experience in building C360 Insights using Informatica
• Should have good experience in creating performant design using Mapplets, Mappings, Workflows for Data Quality(cleansing), ETL.
• Should have experience in building different data warehouse architecture like Enterprise,
• Federated, and Multi-Tier architecture.
• Should have experience in configuring Informatica Data Director in reference to the Data
• Governance of users, IT Managers, and Data Stewards.
• Should have good knowledge in developing complex PL/SQL queries.
• Should have working experience on UNIX and shell scripting to run the Informatica workflows and to control the ETL flow.
• Should know about Informatica Server installation and knowledge on the Administration console.
• Working experience with Developer with Administration is added knowledge.
• Working experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS) is an added advantage. Particularly on AWS S3, Data pipeline, Lambda, Kinesis, DynamoDB, and EMR.
• Should be responsible for the creation of automated BI solutions, including requirements, design,development, testing, and deployment
