Role Description
We are seeking an experienced LLM AI Agent Developer to join our team and drive the development of AI-powered marketing automation solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing intelligent AI agents using large language models (LLMs) to enhance customer engagement, content generation, personalization, and campaign optimization.
Key Responsibilities

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience developing LLM-based AI agents for marketing use cases.
- Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as LangChain, Transformers, OpenAI API, Hugging Face.
- Experience with fine-tuning LLMs, vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate), and embeddings.
- Strong knowledge of NLP, deep learning, and generative AI models.
- Experience integrating AI solutions with marketing tech stacks (e.g., CMS, social media automation, email marketing platforms).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Understanding of AI ethics, responsible AI development, and bias mitigation in AI-driven marketing.
