Role Description

We are seeking a Blockchain Engineer for a full-time remote position at CryptoXpress. This role focuses on building secure and scalable blockchain integrations and developing internal tools that enhance transparency, monitoring, and transaction insights across our crypto platform.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with Web3 technologies and an interest in creating advanced tools such as wallet tracking systems, funds flow visualization, and smart contract evaluation frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build internal blockchain intelligence tools — such as wallet activity monitors, transaction flow visualizers, and wallet-to-wallet linkage maps — to support compliance, analytics, and user trust.
• Develop and optimize secure Web3 integrations, including wallet connection layers, on-chain transaction monitoring, and real-time balance syncing.
• Perform technical assessments and smart contract audits for third-party integrations to ensure operational security and platform integrity.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to transform raw blockchain data into meaningful features, dashboards, or automated alerts within the app ecosystem.
• Monitor and maintain blockchain infrastructure, including RPC endpoints, data feeds, and API reliability — ensuring uptime and responsiveness across chains.
• Contribute to the long-term scalability and security architecture for all blockchain-related components of the CryptoXpress platform.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Blockchain Engineer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency with Web3.js, Ethers.js, and blockchain data extraction techniques.
• Experience building blockchain dashboards, wallet explorers, or transaction monitoring tools.
• Familiarity with smart contract standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, etc.) and EVM-based chains.
• Understanding of blockchain security principles and transaction validation.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

1. Work as a Senior Developer or Tech Lead for blockchain-based projects.
2. Lead small development teams (3-5 people).

1. Experience in the role of a senior developer/tech lead for blockchain and non-blockchain-based projects. (At least 3 to 5 projects)
2. Hands-on experience with Enterprise Blockchain platforms (particularly Hyperledger ONLY) and a good awareness of others, to evaluate and drive the selection of the right platform for the area of implementation.
3. Must be well versed with software design and development methodologies for web application development using Java/Java EE/Open Source or Microsoft .NET technologies.
4. Mandatory experience in implementing Blockchain applications/projects using MEAN/MERN/Java/Go technology stack, Git, Linux/ Ubuntu/ MacOs/ Windows/ Virtual machines.
5. Understanding of smart contracts and experience in developing smart contracts (Node/ JavaScript/ Go/ Java) for at least 2 live projects.
6. Knowledge of design considerations, best practices, and standards for designing smart contract-based solutions for decentralized applications.
7. Understanding of common tools/ frameworks/ libraries used for quality software development and Blockchain implementation, including those for Hyperledger.
8. Knowledge of common architecture patterns for applications (MVC, SPA), cloud, data storage, security, API/Integration, serverless architectures, etc.
9. Experience in using (and configuring) CI/CD pipelines (and know-how of DevOps) for blockchain projects.
10. Experience in leading small development teams (3-5 people) and should have worked in Agile/Scrum teams.
11. Strong verbal and written communication skills; must be comfortable with client and stakeholder interactions.
12. Good understanding of IPFS and IPNS protocols.

2. Record of publication of good quality blogs and papers.

• 6+ years of exp in Designing, developing, and testing blockchain systems.

We are looking for a Blockchain Developer who has around 2-3 years of experience, and has past experience with working on blockchain-based systems and scenarios. The ideal candidate would be someone who understands the concepts of Blockchain technology and having working experience on Rust and Solana.
