• Perform complex application programming activities with an emphasis on mobile development:  Node.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, RESTful APIs and related backend frameworks 

• Assist in the definition of system architecture and detailed solution design that are scalable and extensible 
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, and other engineers on different permutations to find the best solution possible 
• Own the quality of code and do your own testing. Write unit test and improve test coverage.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Proven working experience in backend app development and experience with Node JS.

As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for helping us maintain and expand our suite of internal and external APIs for the QuickSell Digital Catalogue and mobile apps. Our RESTful APIs serve many clients - mobile apps, websites, web hooks for third-party services and internal tools. An experience with API versioning, caching,and token-based security mechanisms is a must, along with an ability to architect,
document, build, and deploy RESTful JSON APIs with continuous uptime and minimal latency.
