If you need to be micro-managed, this is NOT the role for you. __ Few things we'd like (if) you have: 1. Strong computer science background. 2. Experience in designing end-to-end software products (especially with teams!). 3. Experience with designing web-services, micro-service architecture, RESTful API's. 4. Hands on with front-end frameworks such as Angular, React. 5. Strong experience in web and mobile app development. 6. Be able to architect Machine Learning, Deep Learning (& especially NLP) solutions. 7. Strong experience with relational and NoSQL databases. 8. Hands on with AWS, and other cloud platforms. 9. Excellent DESIGN sense 10. Should be able to manage/guide team While the above points are a plus, curiosity to learn and bias for action is what matters most to us. We're more keen to look at your GitHub/StackOverflow profiles, MOOCs, blogs, etc over CVs.

Experience - 7+ Years. Must have hands-on experience in any of the Advance JavaScript Library tool like Angular JS/JQueryExperience with object-oriented design, data modeling, analysis methodologies, database and SQL. Experience in DevOps and Microservices. Experience with ASP.NET MVC, developing Web-APIs. Hands on experience with Microsoft SQL (2012). Knowledge of stored procedures (T-SQL), triggers, database design and relational design. Role description:
We are looking for a competent CTO (Chief Technology Officer) who will be our first technology go-to expert and play an integral role in setting the company’s strategic direction, development and future growth. In this position, you will oversee our overall technology development and technology utilization plan to manage all information technology resources of our company.

•  CTO will be leading, building, and operating exciting products with a passionate team.

Candidate Experience: Desired skills

•  He/she should have prior work experience of 7-12 years on large-scale mobile app products and can rapidly familiarize yourself with complex products
•  Have inclination to learn and build new age products with blockchain and web3 tech
•  Strong track record of being able to develop and set release plans, track deadlines, deliverables, resource allocations, issues/risks and create mitigation strategies as needed to deliver a quality product on time
•  Strong technical and architecture skills in wide areas of platform engineering with proven ability to dive deep in any area as needed.
•  Extensive experience with eCommerce platforms, cloud systems, payment solutions, digital marketing technology, automation, and multi-device development is required; AWS experience is a strong plus
•  Experience managing Small teams and remote teams is a strong plus
•  Competent in driving a culture of continuous learning to improve technology and remove roadblocks that hold the team back.
