Experience in designing end-to-end software products (especially with teams!). 3. Experience with designing web-services, micro-service architecture, RESTful API's. 4. Hands on with front-end frameworks such as Angular, React. 5. Strong experience in web and mobile app development. 6. Be able to architect Machine Learning, Deep Learning (& especially NLP) solutions. 7. Strong experience with relational and NoSQL databases. 8. Hands on with AWS, and other cloud platforms. 9. Excellent DESIGN sense 10. Should be able to manage/guide team While the above points are a plus, curiosity to learn and bias for action is what matters most to us. We are seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer with a passion for esports to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leading and managing technical teams and a proven ability to drive technology strategy and innovation. Experience in the esports industry is a plus. 

Responsibilities: 

• Lead the development and execution of our technology roadmap, aligning with business goals and objectives 
• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of our technology infrastructure and systems 
• Manage and mentor the technology team, including setting goals and providing direction and support 
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and prioritize technical needs and opportunities 
• Monitor and analyze industry and market trends, and assess their potential impact on the company 
• Communicate technical plans and progress to senior management and stakeholders

• Strong professional experience as a CTO or similar leadership role 
• Proven ability to lead and manage technical teams 
• Strong understanding of software development and delivery processes 
• Experience with driving technology strategy and innovation 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Description:

• Draw up enterprise-wide architecture blueprint and enforce its implementation across products and systems
• Build from ground up, a scalable Enterprise platform infrastructure with multiple client applications and enterprise connectors
• Design, develop and deploy features and APIs with high quality standards
• As an individual contributor, evaluate technology options, build PoCs and prototypes
• Manage the infrastructure hosted in the Cloud. Monitor system reliability, uptime and security.
• Contribute significantly in reviewing architecture, code, design & test-cases authored by peers.

• 8-10 years of design and development experience building scalable & distributed systems
• Hands-on experience on one or more of the following tech stacks:
  • Python-Django, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, nginx, RabbitMQ, Redis
  • Microservices, REST APIs, NodeJS, Celery, Elastic Search, Logstash, Kibana
