QA Lead Engineer

We’re looking for an AI Product Specialist who can bridge the gap between our customers’ unique business needs and our AI-first platform capabilities.

Role Overview

As an AI Product Specialist, you will work closely with clients to understand their workflows, identify their requirements, and configure our platform to deliver tailored solutions. You’ll leverage existing LLM models, fine-tune them where needed, and ensure successful deployment of AI-powered features across client applications.

This is a highly cross-functional role, requiring strong communication skills, technical knowledge of AI/LLMs, and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements for AI-driven field service solutions.
• Configure and customize the Fieldproxy platform using AI templates and builder tools.
• Work with large language models (LLMs) to fine-tune outputs and align them with client-specific needs.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to scope technical feasibility and drive implementation.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, explaining AI capabilities in simple, actionable terms.
• Continuously test, validate, and improve AI workflows to ensure high-quality performance.
• Document configurations, best practices, and client solutions for scalability.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with large language models (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and fine-tuning approaches.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, embeddings, and APIs.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfort working in fast-paced, startup-like environments.

Nice-to-Have

• Exposure to workflow automation platforms (Zapier, n8n, Make, etc.).
• Knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL preferred).
• Basic programming/scripting skills (Python, JavaScript)

How You'll Contribute:

● Redefine Fintech architecture standards by building easy-to-use, highly scalable,robust, and flexible APIs

● In-depth analysis of the systems/architectures and predict potential future breakdown and proactively bring solution

● Partner with internal stakeholders, to identify potential features implementation on that could cater to our growing business needs

● Drive the team towards writing high-quality codes, tackle abstracts/flaws in system design to attain revved-up API performance, high code reusability and readability.

● Think through the complex Fintech infrastructure and propose an easy-to-deploy modular infrastructure that could adapt and adjust to the specific requirements of the growing client base

● Design and create for scale, optimized memory usage and high throughput performance.​

Skills Required:

● 5+ years of experience in the development of complex distributed systems

● Prior experience in building sustainable, reliable and secure microservice-based scalable architecture using Python Programming Language

● In-depth understanding of Python associated libraries and frameworks

● Strong involvement in managing and maintaining produc Ɵ on-level code with high volume API hits and low-latency APIs

● Strong knowledge of Data Structure, Algorithms, Design Patterns, Multi threading concepts, etc

● Ability to design and implement technical road maps for the system and components

● Bring in new software development practices, design/architecture innovations to make our Tech stack more robust

● Hands-on experience in cloud technologies like AWS/GCP/Azure as well as relational databases like MySQL/PostgreSQL or any NoSQL database like DynamoDB

We are looking for a skilled react.js developer to join our front-end development team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing user interface components using React.js concepts. You will also be responsible for profiling and improving front-end performance and documenting our front-end codebase.

React.js Developer Responsibilities: 

1.     Reviewing application requirements and interface designs.
2.     Identifying web-based user interactions.
3.     Developing and implementing highly responsive user interface components using react concepts.
4.     Writing application interface codes using JavaScript following react.js workflows.
5.     Troubleshooting interface software and debugging application codes.
6.     Developing and implementing front-end architecture to support user interface concepts.
7.     Monitoring and improving front-end performance.
8.     Documenting application changes and developing updates. 

React.js Developer Requirements: 

1.     Previous experience working as a react.js developer.
2.     In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and front-end languages.
3.     Knowledge of REACT tools including React.js, Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux.
4.     Experience with user interface design.
5.     Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software.
6.     Excellent troubleshooting skills.
7.     Good project management skills.

• Translate business objectives and user needs into clearly written technical requirements
• Evaluate HR systems to identify points of improvement
• IT project management experience to implement improvements 
• Partner with internal stakeholders to develop technology solutions that help to streamline and automate (new) HR processes
• Implement process improvements and policy changes designed to improve efficiency and the user experience with the system
• Serve as the go-to subject matter expert for the system used in the organization (e.g., Workday, Oracle, SAP)
• Serve as a system administrator for HR systems and applications
• Ensuring security, end-user access, and data integrity across all HR platforms
• Work with HR, finance and IT to maintain and improve the HRIS, including configuration, end-user access, security, and system efficiency
• Supports critical system maintenance and operational tasks within the HRIS

We are looking for an Flutter Developer who possesses a passion for pushing mobile technologies to the limits.

This Flutter app developer will work with our team of talented engineers to design and build the next generation of our mobile applications. Flutter programmer works closely with other app development and technical teams.

Responsibilities

- Design and build advanced applications for the Flutter platform

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features - Work with outside data

Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
