**Job Description**

We are looking for a backend developer who specialises in Python. Your role will focus on developing and maintaining the server-side logic, optimising performance, and ensuring seamless integration with the frontend. You’ll work closely with the engineering and product teams to deliver a high-quality, secure, and scalable platform.

**Responsibilities**

1. Develop and maintain server-side logic using Python

2. Design and implement APIs for seamless integration with frontend components

3. Optimise backend performance and scalability for high traffic and large data loads

4. Build and maintain databases, ensuring security, data integrity, and optimal performance

5. Collaborate with frontend engineers to ensure smooth integration between backend and frontend systems

6. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise backend infrastructure

7. Implement data protection, security protocols, and authentication mechanisms (e.g., JWT)

8. Maintain and enhance real-time communication systems using WebSockets or similar protocols

**Required Skills**

1. Strong proficiency in Python and related technologies, knowledge of databases and SQL, and experience with web frameworks like Django or FastAPI

3. Good understanding of OOPs, task broking services, Queues, Redis

4. Familiarity with RESTful API design and integration

Desired Candidate Profile

• Managing the Salesforce team of consultants on a project.
• Advising clients in implementation of Salesforce products (Sales, Service, Marketing, Community Cloud etc...).
• Developing business requirements and functional designs to effectively shape Cloud solutions.
• Conducting & facilitating requirements and design sessions.
• Designing overall Salesforce architecture concept and SaaS ecosystem (e.g. CPQ solutions, Order Management solution, etc)
• Building of integration solutions between the CRM platform and other clients systems architecture.
• Driving project from Design through deployment phase.
• Effectively contributing to Proposals.

Technical Skills Required:

Has extensive implementation experience in at-least 3 of the cloud offerings - Sales, Service, Marketing, Community Cloud.
Has worked on proposals.
Should have done deployment using at-least 2 approaches - ANT, Eclipse, Change sets.
Should have lead at-least 3 E2E Salesforce implementations (Design through Deploy).
Should have experience in building Web Services, both SOAP and ReST.

• At least 1 yr of working experience in any one DB of Neo4j, Cassandra, Elastic Search
• Should have good devops working knowledge - Knowledge of AWS, Ansibleetc is a necessity
