Role Description
We are seeking a highly creative and systems-minded Product Designer to join our remote team full-time. Youāll play a core role in designing elegant, user-first experiences across our trading platform, travel booking flows, gift card checkout, and onboarding journeys. Your focus will be on simplifying complex interactions into delightful, functional, and accessible designs.
Youāll collaborate with product managers, engineers, content writers, and brand leads to elevate UX while aligning with the CryptoXpress brand voice: approachable, innovative, and clear ā Itās not rocket science.
Key Responsibilities
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for web and mobile platforms using Figma or equivalent.
- Translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences for crypto trading, travel booking, and digital payments.
- Collaborate with engineering and product to deliver clean, production-ready handoffs with clear documentation.
- Champion UX research by helping define testing goals, creating interview guides, and synthesizing findings.
- Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and visual consistency across all touchpoints.
- Maintain and evolve our design system in line with CryptoXpress brand guidelines (typography, colors, icons, tone).
- Iterate rapidly based on user feedback, product analytics, and emerging design trends in Web3 and fintech.
- Work closely with brand and marketing teams to align product surfaces with campaign messaging and visual identity.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer (mobile-first design experience is a must).
- Proficiency with Figma (or similar design tools), prototyping tools, and design system management.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design processes and cross-platform delivery.
- Familiarity with crypto wallets, fintech products, or booking platforms is a plus.
- Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail in typography, spacing, and user flow.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills ā you're comfortable working across design, product, and dev teams.
- Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/React basics) is a bonus, but not required.
