Role Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Crypto Product Research Assistant for a full-time remote position at CryptoXpress. In this role, you will help identify product gaps, user needs, and emerging trends in crypto, fintech, and travel-tech. Your insights will directly inform product strategy and user experience improvements across the platform.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys diving into user behavior, benchmarking industry leaders, and turning scattered insights into actionable product suggestions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research on competing crypto apps, booking tools, and e-commerce platforms.
- Analyze user reviews, app store feedback, and usage data to identify patterns and pain points.
- Assist in mapping out user personas and journeys across different CryptoXpress use cases.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to validate ideas and refine product hypotheses.
- Track and summarize industry updates in crypto, payments, and travel tech that impact product direction.
- Maintain a database of insights, feature comparisons, and idea logs to support product planning.
- Evaluate product experiments and A/B tests, providing evidence-based recommendations.
- Support ideation of new features or flows with real user-backed data
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and research skills with a passion for technology and crypto ecosystems.
- Ability to collect, synthesize, and communicate insights from both qualitative and quantitative data.
- Familiarity with product frameworks (e.g., JTBD, Kano, user journeys) and competitive analysis techniques.
- Comfortable using tools like Notion, Figma, Google Sheets, and data dashboards.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying opportunities.
- Prior experience in a product, UX, or research role is a strong advantage.
- Bachelorās degree in Business, Design, Psychology, Data, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory).
