What we’re looking for:

Currently, we are seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to take charge of designing, developing, and maintaining our backend systems. As a pivotal team member, you will play a key role in ensuring the resilience, scalability, and security of our systems. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including smart contract developers, frontend developers, product managers, and designers, to deliver high-quality software solutions that drive our success. 

What You'll Do:

• Build and contribute to backend systems supporting Qiro products, interacting with different blockchain networks and external systems.
• Design and develop scalable and resilient client-facing backend APIs, internal services, and scripts for efficient execution of business logic.
• Architect and implement scalable backend solutions capable of handling growing user loads and evolving business requirements.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive test suites, including unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests, to ensure the reliability of backend systems.
• Implement monitoring and debugging tools to proactively identify and resolve issues, ensuring high system availability.
• Collaborate with engineers, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality code within project timelines.
• Document code, APIs, and technical processes to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team and support the onboarding of new developers.

What Makes a Great Candidate:

• Strong experience in Node.js and Typescript, with proficiency in frameworks like ExpressJS (additional stacks may be used based on project requirements).
• Previous work experience in the blockchain/DeFi space, demonstrating a strong technical understanding of the EVM ecosystem.
• Proven expertise in developing backend REST APIs at scale, handling high request volumes while maintaining low latency and optimal system performance.
• Extensive professional experience in software design and architecture.
• Deep knowledge of testing frameworks and principles.
• Passion for exploring new technologies and the ability to autonomously evaluate them, making suggestions for improvement.

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science.
• Smart contract development experience.

What are we looking for:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Credit to lead our credit department and drive our lending strategies. As the Head of Credit, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of credit risk management, ensuring that our lending practices align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices while maximizing profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Head the Risk Policy, Credit Underwriting and Collection functions of corporate card, credit line, and working capital loans.
• Facilitate the development and constant update of risk policies and related frameworks.
• Proactive risk assessment of existing portfolio on regular basis identifying weak accounts.
• Constantly monitor and evaluate Early Warning Signals and deploy/ amend the limits structure for managing the risk concentration across a broad range of parameters.

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in the Banking/NBFC/Fintech space with at least 3-4 years of experience at management level.
• In depth knowledge of Web debt fund, Structured debt, corporate financing and lending. 
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance issues related to lending operations.
• Exceptional skills in understanding data, trend analysis, score cards and behavior scores is must

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of raising capital from diverse sources and a deep understanding of global financial markets.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of capital raising strategies to support our global fintech lending operations.
• Establish and maintain relationships with institutional investors, venture capital firms, and other key stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for optimizing capital structures and funding sources.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives and investor relations activities.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to the capital markets team to drive performance excellence.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Capital Markets or Risk Operations at high-growth marketplaces/fintechs.
• Have experience in Liquify and partnerships have relationships with hedge fund in the US and Europe.
• Passion for technology, especially in marketplaces or fintech, web debt fund, structured debt and corporate financing.
• Experience in fast-paced, ambiguous environments driving projects from strategy through implementation; happy to roll up your sleeves to get any job done.
• Knowledge of capital markets funding and financing transactions.
• Understands Treasury investment portfolio management, foreign currency risk, and counterparty credit risk evaluation.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts effectively.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and other Operations teams to achieve business objectives.
• Highly analytical - can drive complex analyses and manage projects to KPIs and metrics.

• 1+ year of experience leading and building marketing teams from scratch
• 1+ year of PR experience, working with media channels for releases and announcements to get global outreach
• Should be able to exceptionally manage all digital/social channel i.e. YT, Twitter, Discord, LinkedIn etc. that is necessary to make us grow
• Strong problem-solving, acting autonomously and taking ownership of the team

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of legal principles, excellent research skills, and the ability to work independently. The Legal Executive will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal support and assistance, conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, and maintaining accurate records. They will collaborate closely with attorneys, clients, and external stakeholders, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring all operational processes and procedures using a compliance management platform to ensure that the company complies with all legal regulations and ethical standards.
• Managing information flow by researching, recording, and analysing data and information. With a regular flow of information and conducting compliance risk assessments, they ensure that the business runs smoothly.
• Helping to put together effective systems and controls
• Training and educating staff so that they are informed of any legal changes and updates to compliance guidelines.
• Involvement in the companies’ future ventures to identify possible compliance risks
• Management of the compliance training program for the business
• Drafting new and reviewing existing contracts and agreements relating to the companies’ operational activities both internally and externally.
• Providing guidance and training to the board of directors, senior management, and employees.
• Acting as contact person and liaising between department heads and senior management.

Requirements:

• 2+ years’ experience in a legal and compliance related role.
• Good understanding of the Blockchain/ Crypto Asset laws and regulations.
• Experience designing compliance-related products including company guidelines.
