Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Lead Gen Expert. The Lead Gen Expert will be responsible for developing and implementing lead generation strategies, managing and optimizing campaigns, analyzing performance data, and reporting on results. Additionally, the role includes identifying new lead generation opportunities, maintaining relationships with prospects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals.

📌 Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

• Generate qualified leads through cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone
• Book product demos and discovery calls for the closing team
• Maintain and update CRM (Salesforce) with lead data and activity
• Collaborate with AEs and founders to optimize funnel conversion
• Research prospects and sharpen pitch for different verticals

👤 You’re the Right Fit If You have:

• 1.5 to 4 years of experience in B2B inside sales, preferably within SaaS, IT, cybersecurity, or BFSI sectors
• A strong understanding of how to prospect, follow up, and qualify leads independently
• Excellent communication skills, fluency in English, confidence on calls, and a passion for exceeding targets
• An ambitious, coachable attitude with a desire to grow rapidly in a high-performance sales environment
• Proven ability to develop and execute effective lead generation strategies
• Experience in managing and optimizing lead generation campaigns across channels
• Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and generate actionable insights
• A knack for identifying new lead generation opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with prospects
• Exceptional collaboration and interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally
• Prior experience in a similar role within the cybersecurity domain (preferred)
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Mandatory Skills: 

•  Teamcenter Customization related to ITK, RAC, Active Workspace 
• Strong in programming skills like C, C++, Java & OOPS concepts 
• BMIDE Codeful and codeless customization 
• Teamcenter SOA development 
• TC Configuration e.g., Preferences, ACL, Style sheets etc. 
• Good exposure to Teamcenter data model, Architecture, BMIDE etc., 

What we are looking for: 

• Strong in programming skills like C, C++, Java & OOPS concepts 
• Should have strong knowledge in ITK and should be able to write Handlers, Extension, Scripts and programs 
• Should have good knowledge in RAC, Active workspace customization 
• Should have good knowledge in Workflows, BMIDE, Preferences, Stylesheets, Access Rules, Query Builder, Project etc 
• Should have strong technical capabilities and functional knowledge in multiple PLM Modules. 
• Should have very good understanding of Teamcenter Data Model
