About the Role

Innoshri is looking for a creative UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital products while collaborating with product and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Design responsive web and mobile interfaces.
• Conduct user research and usability testing.
• Develop and maintain design systems and UI components.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams for design implementation.
• Identify and improve existing user experiences.

Required Skills

• 2–4 years of UI/UX or Product Design experience.
• Strong proficiency in Figma.
• Good understanding of UX principles, user flows, typography, layouts, and responsive design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have: Experience with SaaS/AI products, design systems, and basic HTML/CSS knowledge.

Job Description:

• Design and develop automated test scripts using Java and Selenium.
• Implement BDD frameworks using Cucumber.
• Perform API testing using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or similar.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure the design criteria are met.
• Produce well-written documentation for each test case.

• Should have Worked extensively on SAP developments including the Application Design and Document for Custom development, in end to end SAP Implementation.
• Preparation of Technical Spec and Unit Test documents .
• Hands on experience and extensive knowledge on RICEF (Reports , ALE/IDOC, BDC ,Userexit /Enhancements , Script )
• Extensively worked on Data Dictionary objects (tables, structures, data elements and domains)
• Basic Knowledge on ABAP Workflow .
• Knowledge on BADI , User Exits ,BDC recording.
• Performance workbench tools like Runtime Analysis and SQL trace.
• Having good exposure to functional areas like Sales Distribution (SD), Material Management (MM) .
• Should have good analytical skills and ability to quickly grasp customer requirements and convert them into Technical specifications

Responsibilities :

• Manage the day-to-day operations including product content, site maintenance, Listing hygiene inventory availability, pricing and promotional activities, on-site content improvements, ensuring a perfect store online and the best consumer experience.
• Develop campaign strategies and audience targeting recommendations per brand and product line. Continually optimize product listings, brand store, and enhanced content
• Work cross-functionally with the sales team, PPC Managers  and other Amazon partners to drive incremental revenue and increase advertiser satisfaction
• Ability to deliver the highest level of customer service to our clients. See to it that the reports are sent to clients on time and according to the format that is set
• Make sure that the media plan is set after discussion with the analyst and PPC manager
• Manage Communication with the clients weekly as well as account wise, Keeping a track of all the ad campaigns &  deliverables list etc. 
• Develop strong relationships with Amazon vendor managers, partners and external agencies
• Maintain KPIs and report on performance to key stakeholders identifying risks and opportunities, making recommendations, and implementing the action plan.

• MBA in marketing 
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, and an ability to influence internal and external partners

• 2-5 years relevant work experience in building multiple users software solutions
• 1-2 years hands on experience building cloud based web and mobile applications
• JavaScript, React, NodeJS, structured and unstructured store
• Strong Front End or Back end experience
• Hands on experience building Restful APIs
• Hands on experience building microservices based applications
• Understanding of DevOps / DevSecOps processes and related tools including, but not limited to, IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation), config management (Chef, Puppet), Git / Bitbucket, or Jenkins, etc.
• Hands on experience with multiple frontend or backend technologies (either) / frameworks / platforms supporting web and mobile applications – Such as: NodeJS, Python, Django, Flask, PHP, Laravel, jQuery, Bootstrap, Angular, Vue.js, ReactJS, Bootstrap, React-Native, Flutter, iOS SDK, or similar.
• Hands-on end to end experience of multiple application development frameworks, monitoring tools, and deployment methodologies
• Experience building and deploying with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes and leveraging them throughout the CICD process
• Understanding of practices regarding system security measures
