Job Description :-

Our Client is a sustainable livelihood program for urban disadvantaged youth. By fostering agency, workplace competencies and skills in youth, they unleash social and economic transformation in the communities that the youth come from.

Expectations / Deliverables :-

● Build enduring relationships with skilling organizations for co-creation of curriculum for the program

● GOYN brand-building and formalizing partnerships with skilling partners

● Engage with employers in the Logistics industry to be a part of the working group and co-create the curriculum with skilling partners

● Ensure co-creation of courses curriculum for Basix and Advanced courses by skilling organizations and employers

● Ensure creation of a dynamic working relationship with partners to ensure smooth enrolment of youth into the program, completion of training and placements.

● Ensure timely updates from partners regarding youth livelihood status to help maintain the youth journey database

● Put in place feedback mechanisms to record and act on feedback from partners and youth

● Ensure post placement support and engagement with employers to bring about changes at workplace to make the sector more aspirational for youth

● Be up to date with any developments in the ecosystem and forge new partnerships with youth facing organizations, skilling organisations and employers in the Logistics and supply chain sector

Requirements ;-

Preferred Skill sets, Years of Experience, Professional Background:

● Post Graduation in any background, with 1-3 years of experience in the field of partnership building from corporate background

● Computer proficiency- MS Office

● Strong commitment towards building relationships with organizations in the ecosystem

● Strong verbal and written communication skills in Marathi, Hindi and English

● Ability to handle difficult situations with confidence and wisdom.

Excellent communication with good typing skills.

• Generate leads and establish contact with businesses that may be interested in our products or services through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and referrals
• Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to present products or services 
• Follow up with leads and existing clients to provide more information, address concerns, and nurture the relationship

• As a lead engineer, you will be expected to execute and deliver large and complex projects end-to-end, with or without the involvement of other team members.
• Participate in code reviews, app architecture, and design discussions.
• Ensuring timely delivery of all product deliverables.
• Be the go-to person for the team for guidance and troubleshooting. 
• Mentoring junior developers and set best practices for coding, reviews, etc.
• Ensuring performance and scalability in all new product features being developed. 

• Overall of 5+ years expertise in writing HTML/CSS/JavaScript 
• Experience in Angular and preferably React.js
• Expertise in database modeling, preferably relational DB, spotting DB bottlenecks, and writing optimized DB queries.
• Expertise in all common AWS cloud technologies, knowledge of CI/CD tools, and workflows.

• A candidate must have in-depth knowledge of Laravel and Illuminate.

• Should have proven experience to use Laravel in any of the projects either on the job or during the academics.

• Write “clean”, well-designed code
• Design overall architecture of the web application and maintain quality and ensure responsiveness of applications.
• Collaborate with the rest of the engineering team and work on code versioning tools such as GIT.
• Carry out risk analysis of introducing new technology for development and infrastructure to ensure security and ultimate goal.

We are looking for a hands-on Android Developer to join the mobile team for Empuls. The applicant must have Android software development skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality, rock-solid apps. Android programming works closely with other app development and technical teams.

• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
• Design, build and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable Java and Kotlin code
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.

• Develop new Magento themes as per customer's design
• Customize the ready-made themes as and when required
• Customize the functionality of Magento extensions or create new extensions

Requirements:

• Must have knowledge of PHP-MYSQL, XML, XHTML, SCSS, API integration
• Must have 2+ years of Magento 2 Experience with theme integration and theme customization
