QS & Planning Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Social Media Executive who will be responsible for managing the digital presence and creating brand awareness for our clients. Your primary focus will be to build and engage communities on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. You will work closely with our clients, strategize social media campaigns, generate creative ideas, write compelling copy and collaborate with designers to produce visually appealing video and image content.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement for our clients.
• Create and implement effective social media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others as required.
• Manage social media accounts for clients, including content creation, scheduling, publishing, and monitoring.
• Generate engaging and persuasive copy for social media posts, ads, and other promotional materials.
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and impactful video and image creatives for social media channels.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster community growth and interaction.
• Analyze and report on social media metrics, track campaign performance, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging social media platforms, tools, and best practices, and implement innovative strategies to drive results.

Requirements

• Master’s/ Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, only in a digital marketing agency.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including branding, content marketing, and community management.
• Proficient in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content scheduling platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for social media campaigns.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights.
• Experience with video and image editing tools is a plus.
• Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and industry developments
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience managing a team of Social Media specialists.

The Role

Responsibilities

• Own full sales cycle, from prospecting to close.
• Present the product, online and in person, to researchers, teaching faculty and academic librarians.
• Proactively build & nurture relations with clients and users through emails, calls and in person.
• Analyze trends and make data-driven decisions based on priorities in your work.
• Work effectively with other team members to deliver on sales targets, team projects and campaigns.
• Attend trade shows and participate in other marketing activities.

Requirements:

• Willingness to work in 9 AM to 5 PM EST (New York time zone) shift.
• A college degree.
• 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in business development or account management roles
• A drive to succeed and a passion to build a career in sales.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in person and online.
• Experienced with Salesforce or similar platforms.
• Confidence in dealing with clients and product users.

·        5 years of proven experience in developing applications using TypeScript.

·        In-depth understanding of JavaScript and ES6 features.

·        Hands-on experience in using NodeJS and its ecosystem.

·        Good experience in building Rest APIs

• Monitoring business metrics on a weekly basis- % repeat, CAC, LTV, ROAS, ACOS, etc
• Liaising with the brand marketing team to identify the appropriate target audience for particular ad campaigns
• Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns
• Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC
• Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels
• Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
• Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results

Desired Candidate Profile

• 6+ yrs digital performance marketing experience ideally in the FMCG space
• Familiarity with Facebook Business Manager, Google Adwords, analytics, and Instagram    

• Managing Work, Projects, and Policies Generate and provides accurate and timely results in the form of reports, presentations, etc.
• Compiles, codes, categorizes, calculates, tabulates, audits, or verifies information or data.
• Completes accounts receivable period-end closing functions and procedures; credit and period-end reporting.
• Upholds the policies and procedures outlined in the credit policy.
• Interacts with sales and catering staff for timely credit decisions on incoming customers.
• Demonstrating and Applying Accounting Knowledge to Credit Management Issues
• Demonstrates knowledge of job-relevant issues, products, systems, and processes.

Job Description

Toyota Connected is looking for a Backend Developer who will architect, design, develop and participate in testing and documentation of large-scale, distributed software applications, systems and services. The Labs team is focused on creating products and services for next generation Connected vehicle systems and the team members are required to be creative in solving problems, excited to work in new technology areas and be ready to wear multiple hats to get things done. This is a highly-energized, fast-paced, innovative and collaborative startup environment; therefore, it is essential that not only the skillset, but also the personality matches such an environment.

 You are a successful candidate if you:

• Are smart and can demonstrate it.
• Have 3+ years of experience as a developer for web scale products and services
• Have strong experience in Java or Golang (minimum 1 year) and implemented key aspects of an end-to-end solution
• Have expertise in implementing microservices (using tools and technologies for messaging, RPC, containerization, etc)
• Have expertise in design and development using DB (RDBMS, NoSQL) and caching (e.g Redis) solutions, especially in microservices environment
• Have experience with Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, etc)
• Have Public cloud technology experience in production (Azure, AWS, or Equivalent)
• Have the ability and willingness to manage other developers including mentoring, performance reviews, etc
• Have solved non-functional aspects of like scalability, security, reliability with cutting edge if not bleeding edge technology
• Are good about creating unit tests, performing code reviews, optimizing performance and ensuring standards for maintainability
• You can manage ambiguity and are comfortable being set loose without a lot of direction
• You are confident in expressing your point of view from a position of knowledge and experience. You are also receptive to feedback and open to revising your plans when appropriate
• We think the knowledge acquired earning a degree in Computer Science would be of great value in this position, but if you're smart and have the experience that backs up your abilities, for us, talent trumps degree every time
