Sr. ERP / Implementation Team Lead (immediate Joiner)
Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office)
Experience: 5–6 Years
️ Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end implementation of Farvision ERP or similar construction-specific ERP systems.
Manage client interactions, requirement gathering, configuration, UAT, training, and go-live support.
Ensure smooth deployment of modules like project management, procurement, inventory, billing, and finance.
Coordinate between internal teams and client stakeholders for successful delivery.
Mentor junior team members and guide them through the implementation process.
Requirements:
5–6+ years of hands-on experience in ERP implementation, especially with Farvision ERP or similar platforms used in construction and real estate sectors.
In-depth knowledge of construction workflows such as estimation, BOQ, site management, billing, and project tracking.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Must be available for work from office in Gurgaon.
Foreign Accounting experience compulsory (Night Shift)
Required Skills:
- Having experience on daily operations of the accounting in QuickBooks.
- Timesheets, Invoicing, Billing
- Month & Year-End Process.
- Accounts Payable/ receivable.
- Receipt & Payments.
- General Ledger
- Account Reconciliations
- Provide required accounting data and produce financial reports and statements
- Establish appropriate practices for collecting client financial information, analyzing, verifying, and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill is a must.
