Job Title : Accounts & Finance Executive

About Us :

We are a courier aggregator platform that helps businesses manage their shipping and logistics requirements. We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Executive to manage financial records, reconcile courier partner settlements, track Cash on Delivery (COD) remittances, and support financial reporting and profitability analysis.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare, verify, and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and financial records.
• Track and reconcile COD remittances from courier partners against shipment records.
• Monitor daily revenue, expenses, commissions, and business transactions.
• Calculate courier charges, customer billing, commissions, and profit margins.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports, including Profit & Loss statements.
• Reconcile wallet balances, prepaid recharges, outstanding payments, and pending settlements.
• Maintain and verify Excel/Google Sheets reports and accounting records.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in invoices, courier charges, COD settlements, and financial transactions.
• Track accounts receivable, accounts payable, and outstanding payments from clients and courier partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams and courier partners to resolve financial discrepancies.
• Maintain proper financial documentation and support management with business performance analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and accounting software.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and reconciliation skills.
• Good understanding of receivables, payables, settlements, and financial records.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Prior experience in accounts, finance, billing, or reconciliation is preferred.
• Experience in logistics, courier aggregation, or e-commerce operations will be an added advantage.

·      Education: B.Com / M.Com or equivalent degree in Finance/Accounting.

Foreign Accounting experience compulsory (Night Shift)
