o Oracle Database: SQL development, performance tuning, data modelling

o Oracle BI Publisher: Report design, template customization, data source integration

Technical Skills

• Mandatory:

o Oracle SQL & PL/SQL

o BI Publisher report development and deployment

o XML and XSLT for template customization

• Preferred:

o Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite or Fusion Applications

o Familiarity with data visualization principles

o Basic understanding of performance metrics and report optimization

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain BI Publisher reports based on business requirements

• Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and transformation

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure report accuracy and usability

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data and report performance

• Document technical specifications and maintain version control

Role Overview: We are looking for a skilled Workflow Developer/Sr Developer with expertise in JBPM to join our offshore team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and managing workflow solutions, with a strong focus on JBPM. This role involves working closely with various departments to ensure seamless integration and functionality of workflow processes.

Key Responsibilities:

 Design, develop, and implement workflow solutions using JBPM.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure the workflow solutions meet business needs.

 Optimize and maintain existing workflow systems to enhance performance and reliability.

 Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to workflow processes.

 Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

 Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in workflow technologies and JBPM.

Technical Skills:

 Strong experience in JBPM and workflow management.

 Proficiency in Java and related technologies.

 Experience with BPMN 2.0 and process modeling.

 Knowledge of integration with other systems and tools.

 Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment processes.

• Creating visual concepts, layouts, and designs.
• Developing graphics for websites, advertisements, and print media.
• Collaborating with clients or teams to understand design requirements.
• Incorporating feedback and revisions into designs.
• Ensuring designs align with brand guidelines and objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

● Design, test, and build scalable backend python services

● Closely collaborate with marketing and product teams to build innovative, robust, and easy-to-use features that serve.

● Developing high-quality code based on detailed designs that cater to the product requirements.

● Responsible for troubleshooting, testing, and maintaining the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality

Required Skills:

● Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.

● Minimum 3+ years experience in software development.

● Expertise in Python 3.7, Django 2.2+, and REST APIs.

● Willingness to learn and ability to flourish in a dynamic, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment

What your role will look like 

• The product owner is accountable for each stage of the development process and the final product. 
• They take a primary role in inspecting and evaluating product progress through each iteration.
• The product owner makes the judgment call on the performance, deciding if the team needs to go back to the drawing board or if they can move on to the next steps.
