Role Overview:

As a Senior QA Engineer with 10-15 years of experience, you will be instrumental in upholding and elevating the quality standards of our diverse product portfolio. This role involves leading end-to-end quality assurance efforts, from strategic planning and test architecture design to hands-on execution and automation. You will collaborate closely with product managers, development teams, and other QA professionals, acting as a quality advocate throughout the software development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:

- Define, develop, and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans for complex software systems, ensuring thorough coverage and alignment with business objectives.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated mastery in Software Quality Assurance principles, methodologies, and best practices, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software.

- Exceptional proficiency in Automation Testing, including extensive experience with industry-standard tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium) for web, mobile, and API testing.

- Strong expertise in Manual Testing techniques, including exploratory, functional, integration, and system testing, with an acute eye for detail and user experience.

- Advanced ability to design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test strategies for complex, large-scale applications.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the capacity to diagnose complex issues, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions.

Job Title: Freelance Python Trainer (Workshop-Based)

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Python Trainer to conduct interactive, hands-on workshops for college students in Thrissur and Ernakulam. The sessions will introduce students to Python programming concepts, practical applications, and project-based learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging and effective Python training sessions (basic to intermediate level) for college students.
• Deliver content in a clear and interactive manner with a focus on practical implementation and hands-on exercises.
• Prepare and/or customize training materials, examples, and small projects relevant to the workshop.
• Clarify doubts, guide participants during coding sessions, and encourage active participation.
• Provide feedback to students and summarize key takeaways after each session.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python programming (core Python, data structures, libraries such as NumPy/Pandas, or basic automation).
• Prior experience as a trainer, mentor, or educator (preferred, but not mandatory).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Technical Lead (Embedded Software - Linux)

Job Responsibilities:

Lead a team of software/Linux development engineers working on microcontroller firmware development, Linux platform drivers and IOT solutions. Should be able to guide team members, resolve technical roadblocks and deliver project commitments. Will be the go-to person and first-level escalation point for all technical issues faced by the team. Looking for someone with 6+ years in the embedded industry and a passion to build a core team in a growing company. Team size will vary from 6 to 12 people, mainly firmware and Linux engineers.

The selected candidate for this role will be reporting to the software director/manager in the organization.

• Work with firmware and application architects to create a project execution plan
• Review project proposals for execution scope & timelines
• Lead embedded software development activities by the team
• Work with QA teams to resolve bugs and ensure release readiness
• Work with h/w design and PM teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of projects

The main responsibilities of this role are:
