About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze system specifications and requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a QA Engineer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, project management, and Agile frameworks.
• Experience with regression testing and automated testing tools.
• Proficiency in API testing, mobile testing, and performance testing.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a QA Engineer within a Scrum/Agile environment

4.   Feedback Incorporation:

Position: Customer care Executive (International)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as an International Voice Process Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls to our international clients, providing excellent customer service, resolving queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
