Primary Skills
- Proven experience as an AWS Solution Architect or a similar role, with a strong understanding of AWS services and architecture.
- AWS certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate or AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional.
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing concepts, distributed systems, and architectural best practices.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing AWS solutions for computing, storage, networking, database, and security.
- Familiarity with automation and orchestration tools such as AWS CloudFormation or Terraform.
Qualification:- BCA, MCA, B.Tech, M.Tech
Responsibilities:-
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements and design effective solutions using AWS services.
- Assess infrastructure needs and design scalable and resilient architectures that leverage AWS best practices.
- Assist with the migration of on-premises applications and infrastructure to AWS, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
- Optimize application performance and cost by analyzing and fine-tuning AWS resources.
- Ensure security and compliance of AWS solutions by implementing appropriate security controls, encryption, and access management.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, deployment guides, and best practices.
- Provide guidance and support to development teams in implementing AWS services and integrating them into applications.
- Stay updated with the latest AWS services, features, and industry trends, and evaluate their applicability to the organization's needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, operations, and project managers, to deliver successful AWS solutions.

Primary / Mandatory skills:
- Overall Experience: Overall 4 to 6 years of IT development experience
- Design and Code NodeJS based Microservices, API Webservices, NoSql technologies (Cassandra/MongoDb)
- Expert in developing code for Node-JS based Microservice in TypeScript
- Good Experience in understanding the data Transmission through pug/sub mechanism like Event Hub and Kafka
- Good Understanding of Analytics and clickstream data capture is HUGE Plus
- Good understanding of frameworks like Java Spring Boot, Python is preferred
- Good understanding of Microsoft Azure principles and services is preferred
- Able to write Unit test cases
- Familiarity with performance testing tools such as Akamai SOASTA is preferred

Technical Support Engineer, who can assist clients with product issues and help to maintain a high customer retention level. He/She will be responsible for inbound and outbound support tickets from the customer base and addressing customer Technical issues and concerns.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage, maintain, support and troubleshoot the mobile cloud environment and its related mobile devices and suggest adjustments and new system designs for future needs.
Experienced in a tech support role in managing Android, iOS or Windows devices
Work closely with operations and software engineering teams to design and implement scalable and high performance solutions for our platform as a service and internal management tools
