• Requirements Documentation: Develop, manage, and maintain BRD, FRD, and SRS documents to ensure clear understanding and alignment among stakeholders.
• Wireframing: Create detailed wireframes and process flows to visualize project workflows and user interfaces using tools like Figma.
• Project Task Creation & Management: Plan, assign, and track project tasks to ensure timely and successful delivery.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Lead and coordinate UAT activities to validate that solutions meet defined business requirements.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
• Process Improvement: Identify gaps in existing processes and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

🔹 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Asana, and Figma.

• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI and Excel (preferred).

• 7+ years of experience in IT
• Demonstrable expertise in Golang development services, including a deep understanding of its syntax, advanced features, and standard library
• Familiarity with Go routines and channel patterns, as well as experience in writing high-performance Go code
• Solid grasp of web development fundamentals, including HTTP/HTTPS protocols, RESTful API design, data structures, and WebSockets
• Experience with designing and implementing microservices in Go and an understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes

•      Understanding the requirements for developing large modules and standalone applications in the project and adhering to the delivery schedule.

•      Work closely with the product owner or project sponsors to discuss the requirements, estimate development efforts and gain their acceptance of the solution. This will include working directly with the client where required.

•      The ability to be involved in build and deployment activities and address build issues.

• Programming experience using Python & SQL

• Experience & expertise in implementing complex data pipeline
• Strong Familiarity with AWS Toolset for Storage & Processing. Able to recommend the right tools/solutions available to address specific data processing problems
• Hands-on experience in Unstructured (Audio, Image, Documents, Weblogs, etc) Data processing.
• Good analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data to design and deliver meaningful information
• Know-how on any No-SQL DB (DynamoDB, MongoDB, CosmosDB, etc) will be an advantage.
• Ability to understand business functionality, processes, and flows
• Good combination of technical and interpersonal skills with strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented with the ability to work independently
