Job Description

We are looking for a Product Marketing Associate who will streamline our product marketing efforts. You will work closely with the marketing, sales and product teams. You will help research, compile and develop positioning, messaging and communication for marketing and sales.

Responsibilities

Research and manage marketing and sales collaterals

Research and structure content for webpages and landing pages

Create high-quality content for Gumlet in the form of sales/marketing collaterals, email communications, website and landing page copy.

Ideate and help build compelling narratives and messaging for Gumlet across marketing channels

Streamline and overlook lead nurturing campaigns

Organize and track content distribution

Conduct competitive, market and customer research, and build usable insights to further the marketing and sales efforts.

Work on projects to improve and track the middle and bottom of the funnel

Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for new client acquisition.

Skills And Qualification

Role

The role is a unique opportunity to be a part of the founding team of KAFQA. The responsibilities of the role are per the below:

• Product Development: Partner with the founder & product team to create a product roadmap. Play a key role in influencing customer journey, experience & specs (requirements) with UX designer. Develop front end & back end systems and product. 
• Project Management: Ensure product development roadmap timelines are achieved in a timely way with the right quality with progress being reported daily. 
• Technology Excellence: Ensure that products have best in class performance on technology driven aspects (load times, latencies, uptimes, etc.). 
• Hiring & Developing: Hire junior engineers, divide project workloads & mentor them to continuously improve.
• Continuous Improvement: Establish intake mechanism to convert user feedback into actionable upgrades in product design, track feature improvements & their progress and create rapid improvement cycles. 

The role is based in Bangalore, India and reports directly to the Founder, CEO of KAFQA.

Experience, Qualifications & Person Type

The ideal candidate is someone who – 

• Has 4+ years of experience in a digital product company
• Should have managed teams before & can attract talent
• Has experience in front end & back end technologies across web & app development
• Has studied computer science or engineering with at least a B.Tech or B.E degree
• Preferably is skilled in at least one performing art or is a hobbyist
• Is willing to fulfil all responsibilities above & go beyond as needed
• Moves fast to launch & fix issues 
• Is a self-starter, operates with autonomy & can deal with ambiguity while being innovative & frugal

This is the first senior person we are bringing for this role. This person will start with the training program but will go on to build a team and eventually also be responsible for the entire training program + Bootcamp.

We are looking for someone fairly senior and has experience in data + tech. At some level, we have all the technical expertise to teach you the data stack as needed. So it's not super important you know all the tools. However, having basic knowledge of the stack requirement. The training program covers 2 parts - Technology (our stack) and Process (How we work with clients). Both of which are super important.

• Expertise in Data Engineering Space and have good experience in Data Collection, Data
• Ingestion, Data Modeling, Data Transformation, and Data Visualization technologies and techniques
• Experience Training working professionals on in-demand skills like Snowflake, debt, Fivetran, google data studio, etc.
• Training/Implementation Experience using Fivetran, DBT Cloud, Heap, Segment, Airflow, Snowflake is a big plus

Primary skills-    Should have minimum 3 years of experience in .Net Development

• C#, Asp.Net, , SQL, HTML-5, , jQuery, Javascript
• Should have strong OOPS concepts
• Should have extremely good knowledge on SDLC processe
