Working closely with Sr. Director-PS and Consulting and Globally with Solution Design Team, he/she will be responsible for success of the CAST product deployment with the assigned clients.

This success will be in part measured by the ability of deployed CAST solution to support the client in analysis of a wide variety of their applications developed in diverse technologies that are prevalent in a typical software house.

He/She should be able to mentor and coach customer team members in deploying and running CAST solution, prepare action plans based on CAST analysis results, help customers in realizing business benefits of CAST implementation in a time-bound manner and prioritize activities in an ever changing, dynamic landscape.

He/she will need to focus efforts to establish a value measurement program to track and identify business value for identified projects to use a template approach to drive value in engagement the clients involved and thereby, help support sales teams in renewals and expansions of the contracts that they support.

Requirements:

The candidate shall below skills and qualifications

•Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 10+ years of applied experience.

•Proficient in coding in one or more languages like Java, Spring & Spring Boot.

•Hands-on experience in AWS/Azure/GCP specifically ECS/EKS, Lambda, SQS, SNS, API Gateway, Step functions, storage services or similar skills

•Experience working in Kafka, Cassandra/NoSQL, relational databases and front end technologies like React or similar skills

•Knowledge of CI/CD deployment with tools such as Jenkins, Maven or Gradle.

•Practical cloud native experience.

•Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.

•Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment with one or more modern programming languages and database querying languages.

•Business Development Skills: Should have inclination to business development and be comfortable in interacting with clients and making ad-hoc presentations, as needed.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Implement comprehensive strategies to improve onboarding metrics
• Develop & execute events for startups. Help them connect and network
• Evaluate & filter potential startups and get them onboarded to the PedalStart Community
• Analyse startups' needs and offer solutions and guidance to help in their growth and chase critical metrics
• Monitor and analyse the performance of all campaigns, assessing key performance indicators (KPIs) & return on investment (ROI)
• Work on multiple ongoing projects, ensuring efficient multitasking and successful execution

Role Overview: As a Solution Architect, you will collaborate with stakeholders, including business executives, project managers, and software development teams, to understand the organization's objectives and requirements. You will then design scalable and efficient software solutions that align with these requirements. Your role involves assessing technologies, creating architecture designs, overseeing the development process, and ensuring the successful implementation of the solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and analyze business and technical requirements, and translate them into scalable and feasible solution designs.
• Develop end-to-end solution architectures, considering factors such as system integration, scalability, performance, security, and reliability.
• Research and evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and platforms to determine their suitability for the organization's needs.
• Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC) to ensure adherence to the architectural vision and best practices.
• Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, such as executives and project managers, and provide recommendations on technology-related decisions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Should have 9+ years of experience and relevant experience as a solution architect.
• Must have experience in Node.Js and should have deep understanding in AI/ML and data pipelines.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or a similar role, with a strong background in software development.
• In-depth knowledge of software architecture patterns, design principles, and development methodologies.
• Proficiency in various programming languages and frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and propose innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and understanding of their services and deployment models.
• ​Familiarity with DevOps practices, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
