for Customer Success Executive
As a Customer Success Execute at Abmiro, you'll play an important role in driving our clients' success using our SaaS product (Rekart). You'll be a technical expert, working closely with clients to understand their needs, troubleshoot any technical issues, and empower them to utilize the capabilities of our software fully. Your role is key in fostering long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with our customers.
You should be a Graduate / PG in IT / CS (BE, BTech, Bsc, MSc)
Role & Responsibilities
● Serve as customers' primary technical point of contact, offering expert guidance and support through phone calls, email, and chat.
● Collaborate with clients to understand their unique requirements and goals
● Assist with the setup, configuration, and onboarding of customers on the platform
● Provide quick solutions or workarounds to client queries
● Coordinate with the technology team for possible issues/enhancements/feature requests
● Provide technical training and support resources to ensure customers can maximize the value of our software.
● Proactively identify opportunities to optimize and enhance customer workflows using our product.
● Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams, facilitating effective communication and issue resolution.
● Maintain a deep understanding of our product, including new features and updates.
● Document and maintain training documents and material for customer training purposes. Preferred candidate profile
● Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent work experience.
● Fresher or 1-2 years experience in technical customer support / SaaS product support
● Strong technical background with the ability to understand and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly and understandably.
● Empathetic and customer-focused approach, always ensuring customer success is the top priority.
● Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

Skills Required Candidate Profile:
- Drive and support international sales to close key new business in the Software Services Domain.
- Drive processes in acquiring new customers, retaining old business, proposals, negotiation, and major deals, to win new business.
- Leads proposals and negotiations that maximize customer value.
- Develops and maintains strong customer relationships with target Accounts.
- Achievement of assigned Digital sales quota / Sales revenue as well as a contribution towards the overall team target.
- Maintain consistent, timely, and high-quality reporting meeting the requirements of the business.
- As a member of the Sales Team, contribute to team effectiveness and overall business strategies and directions.

- Develop customizations and configurations to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, including entity customization, form design, workflow development, and business process automation.
- Collaborate with functional teams to gather and document requirements for customizations and integrations.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the functional teams on best practices for Dynamics 365 customization and integration.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, specifications, and test plans.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365 customizations and integrations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Dynamics 365 features and technologies, and provide recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements
Experience: 4 to 6 years prefreable.
What you will do:
- Owning Fintech Fraud Risk products across account opening and account and activity monitoring
- Defining OKRs for success such as % approvals, bp in losses, good customer friction, precision/ recall etc.
- Thinking out of the box and identifying opportunities where we can build world class Fraud Risk solutions either in-house or via partnerships
- Working with Engineering to create risk capabilities, analytics and decisioning logic to identify, analyze and prevent suspicious activities, including but not limited to: Identity Fraud, Account Takeover/ Abuse Fraud, Transactions Risk, Unauthorized Chargeback Risk etc.
- Driving Proof of Concepts and Demos to illustrate the company's capabilities
- Working with Sales, Business Operations and Engineering to meet internal and external stakeholder needs
- Researching emerging issues impacting Fintech players and ideating on solving their digital risks through innovation
- Validating supply partnerships to be used in solutioning, where needed
- Collaborating with external partners and clients and standardizing integration strategy for the company's input/ output and client feedback loops
Desired Candidate Profile
What you need to have:- 5-7 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in Financial Fraud Risk
- Career concentration in Fintechs, Payments or Risk Service Providers
- Experience in developing requirements for Risk score-based rules engines, Classification and Regression models etc.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Maths, Statistics or an area of Technology
- Strong quantitative abilities, distinctive problem-solving and excellent analytics skills
- Strong organizational, communication, presentation and project management skills
- Experience with analytical/ statistical tools like SQL, SAS, Altair Knowledge Studio, R or Python preferable
- Experience in experimentation and A/B testing a plus
- Strong sense of product design and customer empathy

We are looking for a React.js Developer. Your primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing them. You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Developing new user-facing features using React.js
- Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
- Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code
- Optimising components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of JavaScript, HTML and CSS
- Good understanding of React.js and its principles
