Prepare and verified Sow and Agreement after winning the opportunity

Establish Processes to deliver the engagement, including ensuring People Management, project kickoff, deliverable acceptance and reporting procedures, holding Conditions of Satisfaction
(COS) discussions with stakeholders, finalize project delivery plans
Perform Engagement reviews at key project milestones to ensure quality of project deliverables and customer satisfaction.
Provide Leadership and deliver world class services including Professional Consulting Services
Participate in service delivery engagements by acting as a hands-on technical expert.
Deployment on Microsoft Azure
Develop software solutions, collateral and templates for use by the sales and pre-sales teams
Qualifications:
Azure or AWS based Cloud Architecture and migration skills and experience.
Strong understanding across Cloud and infrastructure components (server, storage, network,
data, and applications) to deliver end to end Cloud Infrastructure architectures and designs.
- Solid experience in building high quality collateral development, proposals, statements of
work, for services spanning the complete SDLC life cycle.
- Minimum experience must be 3 to 6 years writing winning RFP responses and winning
the RFP from Enterprise and mid-level companies against the best of breed competition
- Should have created compelling solution and RFP defense presentations for both
Enterprises and mid-level companies for deals with Contract Value for each spanning at
least 1 million USD
- Adept at proposing creative engagement and commercial models ensuring win win for
both customer and WAL
- Support the sales team in terms of high quality collateral and All deadlines are met and
all requests are managed on time, zero escalations from the sales.
- Contributor in building Pre Sales collaterals, Service line capabilities, new pricing models
and knowledge
- Strengthen reusable assets repository across domains and key service offerings and
provide trainings to team on customer advocacy, new service offerings
- Proactive ownership, periodic updates to Corporate Deck to stay ahead of the game
- Have good understanding of overall SDLC processes

Job Description
We are seeking a passionate candidate, who is result orientated, sound knowledge of IT services, with either a proven track record of proposal writing and proposal/bid management in government or commercial proposals. The consultant will be accountable for technical writing for business proposals and managing large and complex proposals as projects.
Key Responsibilities
- To respond to RFP/RFI documents
- Scope analysis and feasibility studies
- To perform bid management, creation of bid plans, schedule, and kick-off packs
- Creation of outlines, storyboarding and win themes
- To create a compliance matrix
- To research and write generic (but technical) content for proposals (for ex: writing a generic solution roadmap for any IT service, but NOT a technical architecture)
- Articulate value proposition and highlight sales messages
- To coordinate with the clients (CXOs) and external stakeholders for inputs required
- Proofread and format documents
Key Requirements
- 6-12 years of experience in proposal writing or bid management
- IT services industry experience is must
- Must have managed large and complex RFPs
- MBA, ITIL is an added advantage
- Ability to work under high-pressure environment and deadlines
- Fundamental knowledge of IT services (web design, web development, cloud, mobility, etc.)
- Experience working with government proposals is an added advantage
- High level of commitment and flexibility
