Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills:

• 7–12 years of experience in HCM / HR Technology roles

Strong B2B Sales / UX/UI/Tech solutions Consulting Sales Profile

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 2+ YOE in B2B Tech solutions Sales, with a focus on selling UX/UI services or digital transformation consulting solutions

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have direct experience in hunting new leads, fixing meetings, and closing deals with CXO-level stakeholders

Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have strong consultative selling experience — including handling proposals, pricing, RFPs, and end-to-end sales cycles

Mandatory (Core Skills 1): Should be confident in outreach via LinkedIn and email

Mandatory (Core Skills 2): Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho CRM – added advantage), pipeline management, and reporting

Strong Software Engineering Profile

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 7+ years of experience using Python to design software solutions.

Mandatory (Skills 1): Strong working experience with Python (with Django framework experience) and Microservices architecture is a must.

Mandatory (Skills 2): Must have experience with event-driven architectures using Kafka

Mandatory (Skills 3): Must have Experience in DevOps practices and container orchestration using Kubernetes, along with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure

Mandatory (Company): Product companies, Experience working in fintech, banking, or product companies is a plus.

Mandatory (Education): From IIT (Candidate should have done bachelor degree Btech or Dual degree Btech+Mtech or Intergrated Msc), From other premium institutes NIT, MNNIT, VITS, BITS (Candidates should have done B.E/B.Tech)

Preferred (Skills 1): Experience in Task Queues like Celery and RabbitMQ is preferred.

1. 3-5 experience in the insurance industry
2. Experience in insurance products (all products including life, health & general) and processes and the insurance industry chain

Roles and responsibilities

1. Strong Process & product knowledge of the Insurance products
2. Keeping up-to-date with industry developments. Offer solutions and suggestions for process and product improvement to management.
3. Responsible for facilitating OJT for the new joiners on all Insurance related products and processes. 
4. Help in designing a best-in-class customer support and engagement journey for insurance products.
5. Liaise with different stakeholders/partners for quicker resolution of customer inquiries and requests.
6. Ability to take ownership and work for early resolution and closure of customer issues.
7. Ability to accept change and make the best of any situation.
8. Proactive in highlighting/ escalating issues/ concerns/ Areas Of Improvements/ opportunities to the leadership team to get their help as and when needed
9. Handling and monitoring of all complaints received through all mediums through tracking in defined TATs
10. Ensure that complaint closure quality (RCA) is tracked closely by ensuring first understanding all the issues highlighted by the customer. Maintenance of all RCAs and process improvements undertaken for relevant complaints
11. Keeping up to date with all the regulatory requirements and changes in the Insurance industry

• Responsible for applying the principles and practices of software quality assurance throughout the Software development cycle.
• Analyzing the project risk & identification of the project requirements
• Undertake internal quality audits(Co-ordinate with Graphic designer, UI Developer and Developer )
• Perform Testing methods on Web(Chrome ,Firefox ,IE and Safari )
• Perform Testing methods on iOS application and Android application.
• Responsible for performing Automation testing by using selenium tool.
• Run tests to identify problems or deficiencies in products/projects
• Perform Internal Quality Audits
• Track all software related metrics in terms of schedule, effort, defects, etc.
