Role & Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex, scalable, reliable, and highly available features for world-class SaaS products and services.

Guide the engineering team in adopting best practices for software development, code quality, and architecture.

Make strategic architectural and technical decisions, ensuring the scalability, security, and performance of software applications.

Proactively identify, prioritize, and address technical debt to improve system performance, maintainability, and long-term scalability, ensuring a solid foundation for future development.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, and stakeholders) to define project scope, requirements, and timelines.

Mentor and coach team members, providing technical guidance and fostering professional development.

Drive continuous improvement in development processes, tools, and technologies to increase team productivity and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

• Lead the branch team to achieve sales targets for Loan Against Property (LAP) products, ensuring overall growth in the branch's portfolio.
• Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients, cross-sell products, and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and stay ahead of market demands.
• Promote the LAP product offerings through various channels, including partnerships, referral networks, and local events.

Team Leadership and Management:

• Manage, mentor, and guide the sales and operational teams to achieve individual and branch-wide sales goals.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and training to enhance the sales team’s skills.
• Ensure adherence to organizational standards and processes in customer acquisition and relationship management.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and other business partners.
• Provide high-level support for the LAP product offering, including assisting clients with queries and guiding them through the loan process.
• Resolve customer issues or concerns related to LAP applications and ensure timely and efficient processing.

Operational Management:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, including loan origination, documentation, disbursement, collections, and compliance.
• Ensure the branch maintains a smooth, efficient, and compliant operation in line with internal policies and external regulations.
• Monitor and maintain branch financials, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.

Reporting and Compliance:

• Provide regular reports to senior management on branch performance, including sales achievements, operational issues, and market trends.
• Ensure all processes comply with regulatory guidelines, including KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policies.

As a Software Developer in Test (SDET), you will work closely with the product management and the developer team to deliver top quality products that meet and exceed the functional and non-functional requirements.

Full Time Education Requirements: MCA or Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent from Premiere Technology Institution (ex. IIT)

Experience Requirements:

Skills and Expertise:

Min. 3 years of experience in testing

Solid programming skills and grasp of OOPS concepts preferably in Java

Experience working with NoSQL and non relational databases

Experience in maintaining CI/CD pipeline and final software delivery in production environments (AWS) Expertise in API test automation using frameworks such as Rest assured

Comfortable with working in Linux systems

Prior experience in preparing test artifacts such as reports, test cases etc

Experience working BDD style (Cucumber preferred)

Prior experience in security is a plus

Role and Responsibilities:

Requirement analysis and preparation of the test plans.

Conduct QA of the application builds received from the dev team. The testing would include the specific module as well as the system integration.

Raise and track Jira tickets to closure. Promote builds to UAT, Staging and ultimately to production.

Work with the product management team on the acceptance testing during the closed beta / internal testing phase.

Monitor the health and performance of the application after release to the production environment. Work with other stakeholders to increase the rollout %.

Develop test frameworks for API and frontend testing

Learn and implement new technologies to continually improve product quality

• Strategizing & executing to improve Key Retention Metrics i.e Repeat Rate, % of Repeat Revenue, Revenue Per Customer, etc.
• Analyzing Regular Customer Cohort Performance, both on a product & company level.
• Developing the product subscription business on the website.
• Build retention marketing campaigns based on customer segmentation.
• Drive User Engagement in Lower Funnels using user engagement platforms
• Build the Customer Loyalty Programme for the brand.
• Creating Email & Marketing Strategy to increase repeat rate & overall basket size.
• Profiling Key Customer Groups Regularly
• Conducting Survey & Research to better understand Repeat Customer Behaviour & Habits
• Analyze and track performance - activation, engagement, retention and churn data analyzing experience is required.
